Same thought here. I also think Arnav was in a thinking mode specially after hearing Khushi ask about Sheetal's husband to which he answered that Sheetal might be a single mom. Natural behaviour from Arnav side. Arnav seemed disturbed and khushi looked worried during the hugg. I don't think the hugg was meant to be a totally romantic one or a classic Rabba Ve one 😉
