I agree with you in the second part .. Having son is not a problem, and in real life it may happened ..

But this Show is a love story between arnav and Khushi .. If Aarav is Arnav's son, the love story will be ruined .. ; /

This track - if Arnav is Aarv's father - will ruin many things ..

The Track maybe appealing and interesting in another serial , not In IPK .. IPK is love story , not social issue : /
