Why do CV's want Khushi to be Dhuki?

I swear after reading this new spoiler about Aarav being Arnav's son I've already shed tears. Don't get me wrong I know it's only a TV programme and I know this probably does happen in real life. But girls like Khushi always save themselves for their husbands and although you know everyone has a history you are willing not to ask or think about it. But when they have a child that is actually a constant reminder and it must be so difficult to deal with.

I've always said living in the UK I expect the guy that I marry not to be a virgin, but I'd be lucky if he was. It's just that I always thought I'd save myself for my husband, I've had that respect for him even before knowing who he is. But then once I'm married and think that my husband didn't even care enough to wait for me I think I'd be really upset.

That's why this whole story has really upset me.
