Rashami Desai Sandhu's spiritual high
My morning starts with a prayer, I
do some chanting and also 15-20
minutes of meditation. I recite
different prayers for different
gods. For me God is present in all
the little things I do. I believe that God is omnipresent and
sometimes I do not understand
why we look for God in specific
places. I believe that he is inside
each one of us. Whenever I pray I
thank him for whatever he has given me around. I try to pray
twice a day whenever I get some time, I ask him to keep everyone happy. I am very content and happy
with what God has given me till date and I try to spread happiness as
much as I can and stay away from negative people. Whenever there is
some problem in my life I sort it out with a silent conversation with
God. I consider myself a spiritual person because I believe in Karma. I think
whatever we do in life comes back to us whether it is good or bad. If a
person does something wrong with someone he or she definitely gets
the experience of that in their life and later they feel guilty about the
wrong things they have done. So, I tryto abstain from all these things
andtry to surround myself with love and positive influnces. I don't believe in religion but I try to follow my traditions so that my family and
future can follow the same.
