problem while changing dp

From few day I'm having problem when ever I want to change my dp it is showing plz login to access this page😕 though I'm logged in. many a times I have tried to change my dp but every time same msg occurs login to access this page. can anyone tell me why it is occurring or are you all too have same problem?

A lot of firefox users face this problem occasionally , try using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to update your Display Picture. :)

ishan I tried both chrome & Firefox. In chrome also it showed same msg
