I also felt that Khushi is going to doubt Arnav.

The resemblance between Aarav and Arnav somehow doesnt seem like a coincidence..I can utd he might have got the mannerisms from his mother who is very similar to Arnav ..but he is a clone of Arnav not similar..!!! what does a 6-7 old kid know about ''what the''?? yet he says it...how did he pick that phrase? will a mother teach or encourage her son to pick up slangs? Even if we overlook the mannerisms, how can we ignore the dressing style? he can not pick that from his mother ! I dunno why I smell conspiracy in all this..also the fact that Shyam will come back sooner or later..He had an eye on Raizada property...the reason why he married Anjali..he was trying to get ASR's signature on some property related paper.. So this can be a plan masterminded by him where he sends this woman to RM claiming that Arnav is the father of the kid..so she can have a claim on Raizada property as compensation besides creating a rift between Arnav and Khushi which he always wanted..
ASR and this woman definitely know each other from before..we could easily sense that from their expression..But this kid is defintely not ASR's..infact I have a feeling the kid is not even her own son..he is a really smart kid ..funny the way he was walking with the kidnappers without any fear or resistance..yet he told Khushi he could have saved himself without her help..as if everything was pre planned..and what was that high class woman doing in that downmarket vegetable market while her son was strolling with the kidnappers?? getting a makeup touchup eh?
