Was Soham got shot in the heart?

If I am not mistaken, Manav shot Soham on the right chest. The doctors even showed the surgery on the right side of the body. Than how come Soham is having a heart surgery? Something don't add up.

I was also thinking the same. When did heart shifted to right side or Is Manav is such a good shooter that the bullet went to left side from right side.
