Part 7

Geet walked slowly near Dia, who was lying on the bed unconscious due to the seductive. Geet just kept walking closer to her. she sat next but failed to touch her. she did not have the courage to touch the sleeping child fearing tat she may hurt her. she kept looking at Dia when the sight of Dia lying in a pool of blood flashed in front of her while Virendra's words haunted her " Geet pushed Dia. Geet killed Dia". They kept ringing while the incident did not leave her eyes. she tried to closer her eyes and ears but it did not help rather they occurred more in her mind. She stood up when her eyes fell on the scissor kept on the near by table. She turned her gaze to Dia and than back to the scisoor. Her mind was not in her as she herself was unaware where she was and wat she is doing. She just kept looking at Dia and next moment she pierced and bruised her hands with the scissor giving deep cuts but there was not a flinch of pain. Blood started to drip on Dia's legs covering them while soaking the bed sheet. She bend down on her knees ad kept her hands on Dia's legs asking forgiveness for her sins.

Geet: I… I… m.. so…rry.. i.. don't know.. whether.. I have.. any right on you.. I tried to kill you… I don't.. have right.. to even.. come close.. to you… I.. m sorry… I… know… you.. love me.. but.. I don't.. deserve.. you… Dia… does.. not.. deserve.. someone… who… killed.. her.. I killed… you….

Geet rests her head on her legs but there were no tears while the blood kept dripping from her hands.

Dhruv who was sleeping stirred not feeling his mother next to him as he remembered Maan making him sleep next to Geet on the bed. He slowly opened his eyes and saw Geet sleeping near Dia's legs that made him to feel strange. He slowly went near Maan who was sleeping on the sofa, though sleep was far away from him, its just took over his eyes few minutes back. Dhruv softly called Maan " Dadda" and Maan who was not much in sleep opened his eyes to see his son calling him.

Maan: Dhruv, why are you awake. Go and sleep.

Dhruv: Dadda…. Mumma.. Mumma.. not sleeping on bed.

Maan: Wat…

Dhruv: Dadda.. Mumma.. sleeping there..

Dhruv points out to Geet while Maan was shocked to see Geet sitting on the floor while her hands and head almost covered Dia's small legs. Seeing his wife like tat he had a strange happiness feeling tat, at least she was breaking unknown to him tat she was slipping away.

Dhruv: Dadda.. why Mumma.. Sleeping like tat…

Maan: Beta.. wait lets go and wake Mumma so tat she can sleep with you.

Dhruv: Haan Dadda… nahi tho.. Mumma will have pain na…

Maan slowly approached Geet but he was shocked to see the heart wrenching sight in front of him. Dia's legs covered with blood while the whole bed sheet turned into deep red color. His body shivered while he saw a bleeding Geet and her face covered with tears. He thumbed next to her pulling her close to him while Dhruv started to cry seeing his mother covered in blood holding his father

Dhruv: Mumma.. Dadda.. Mumma.. Dadda.. Mumma.. blood.. Dadda…

Maan looked at his son who was now crying in hiccups while his hands holding Geet who was slowly closing her eyes.

Dhruv: Mumma…. Dadda.. Mumma.. will die.. Dadda.. Mumma.. will die.. Dadda…. Mumma…

Dhruv's words brought Maan back from the shock while he patted her.

Maan: Geet… don't close your eyes.. geet open them.. please Jaan.. open..

Geet slowly opens giving him a weak faint smile..

Geet: see.. Maan… i.. killed.. myself…. I.. did.. not.. kill.. Dia… I did… not… i.. don't… hate.. her….Maan… how.. can.. i….she.. is….. yours.. Maan… I.. did.. not… push.. her… i.. killed… myself… I did…

She slowly started to close her eyes when Dhruv started to pat her cheeks.

Dhruv: Mummma.. open.. eyes.. Mumma… Mumma.. see.. Dhruv.. crying… Mumma.. Dadda.. also.. crying.. open eyes… Mumma.. Dadda.. Mumma.. will.. die Dadda…….

Maan pulled Dhruv more closely while his one hand holds Geet.

Maan; No Dhruv.. Mumma will not die.. she cant.. she knows…. Dadda, Dia and Dhruv needs her.. she will not…

Maan screams loud calling out for Vicky who was still awake doing some work. The moment he hears his brother calling him he rushes to his room only to be shocked to see his Bhabi soaked in blood along with Dhruv and Maan.

Maan: Vicky.. call the doctor… call fast..Vicky.. she will die Vicky.. Geet will Die..

Vicky: Bro….

Maan: Dammit call Doctor Vicky..

Vicky immediately called the doctor while the screams made everyone awake from their sleep and rushed to Maan's room thinking tat something happened to Dia but the moment their entered and saw the horrifying sight, the earth beneath their legs slipped away. Shikha ran to hold Dhruv while Vikrant, Vicky and Dadima runs to Maan and Rudr ( Maan's chacha), Pammi (Maan's chachi), Dev and Sameera stood at the doorstep looking at the family inside.

Maan: Dad.. she will die.. Dad.. Do something Dad… My Geet will die Dad..

Vikrant: Vicky carry her and make her lye down on bed first. (Vicky tried to hold Geet but Maan increases his grip). Maan leave her.. Nothing will happen to Geet Maan.. leave her Maan.

Vikrant pushes Maan away while Dadima hugs her Maan trying to console him.

Dadima: Kuch nahi hoga Maan.. she will be fine…

Maan: she will Die.. Dadima.. see Blood.. so much blood Dadima..

Tats when their eyes fell on the bed near Dia's legs and saw how her legs and the bed sheet were soaked in blood. Their heart wrenched seeing it while Shikha shouted at Vicky.

Shikha: where's the Doctor Vicky.. why the hell he is not yet here..

Vicky: Mom.. he is on the way..

Dhruv: Dadi.. Mumma… Dadi.. Mumma.. she will Die Dadi…

Shikha's heart cried seeing their Dhruv crying for his mother. He just got his mother back and here she was lying with blood all over.. she carried Dhruv in her arms and kissed his forehead.

Shikha: No beta.. Mumma.. will not leave Dhruv and Dia.. she loves you na.. she will be fine beta..

Pammi: Yeh Dekho… yahi kasar Baki thi ab.. Just see her guts.. all the way she comes here and tries to suicide so tat we get blamed for killing her.

Dadima: Pammi…

Pammi: Don't shout Maa ji.. why did Maan bring this besharam girl back here. Wasn't it enough wat she did 5 years back. See now those Handa's will file a case against us saying tat we tried killing their daughter. Just leave her back to them and come.

Dadima leaves Maan to Vicky and comes near Pammi.

Dadima: You don't need to worry for her nor Maan. Vikrant can take care of them.

Pammi: Haan jab hum sab police Station mein honge. Yeh mahnoos Ladki hume barbaad karke chod degi. Acha hoga ki yeh maar jaye aur who uski beti bhi.

Tat was enough and Pammi was slapped hard by Dadima for saying tat.

Dadima: Don't.. you say a word Pammi.. its enough of yours.. Rudr.. take her away before I loose my patience with her.

Rudr: I know now you will say tat only Maa.. afterall who we are to say something.

Dadima: Rudr out from here before I do something that you will not like.

Maan was looking at the doctor who was examining Geet while Dhruv was scared seeing his Mumma flinching in pain now. He was changed into fresh clothes by now by Shikha. Everyone waited for the doctor to finish his work while Maan just stared at Geet's face which was pale by now.

Doctor: Mr. Vikrant.. I must say tat she did not even think once before doing this. can you see the cuts are so deep and she has lost so much of blood. Its pure a case of suicide and you know wat it means.

Vikrant: I know Doctor and we trust you.

Doctor: Vikrant.. Geet is under shock and stress. She herself did not know wat she did. I would just say tat Maan needs her to break down. She needs to be supported and taken care of or else she may even try this again.

Vikrant: we will Doctor.

Doctor: Maan… she is fine now. I have given a sleeping dose so tat she can rest. Her wounds will take some time to heal and you need to be sure tat she takes proper food and rest as to cope up with the blood loss.

The doctor goes away.

Dadima: Shikha take Dhruv with you and make him to sleep.

Dhruv: No.. I want to stay with dada and mumma…

Shikha: Dhruv.. see Mumma .. Dadda needs rest na.. let them rest and you can come in the morning..

Dadima: Maan you change Geet's clothes. Chalo sab apne apne kamre mein jao… Let them rest. Its been a long tiring day.

Dia slowly opened her eyes and saw her Prince Dhruv bhaiya sitting next to her caressing her hair. She gave a sweet smile that Dhruv returned to his best while he jumped saying.

Dhruv: Dadda.. see Princess opened her eyes. See Dadda.. my Princess she is all fine..

Maan who was lost looking at Geet heard his son shout and looked at Dia and gave her a smile. He slowly reached near her and kissed her forehead.

Maan: How is my Princess.. is there any pain..

Dia: hmm.. small pain.. Dadda… Mumma.. where.. is.. Mumma…

Maan: Mumma.. sleeping.. Princess.. see is tired na…

Dhruv: Haan Princess.. Mumma.. sleeping next to you only.. See.. is tired an… and Doctor uncle said… Mumma.. needs rest..

Dia: Dadda… pain…

Dia touched her head to let Maan know tat she is pain. Maan slowly caresses her head trying best not to hurt her while Dhruv talks to her. Maan sees his two angels supporting each other while his eye sees his Geet. His life was full of pain. How will he be able to handle everything? He does not even know how Geet will react when she realizes tat she is with him at KM.

It was not long when Geet opened her eyes while she adjusted to the bright light coming from the window. Her hands ached when she tried to move and the moment she saw them her eyes reached onto Dhruv who was sitting next Dia and talking to her while Maan sitting and caressing her head. She gave a smile to them but soon see realized it was none other than Maan. she closed her eyes but as soon as she opened it was the same but now Dhruv was near her and kissing her all over the face with love.

Dhruv: Dadda.. see.. Mumma is also all fine.. so nice na.. Mumma.. Princess both.. fine…See Dadda.. Mumma.. you know.. Princess just opened her eyes… she.. is fine Mumma..

Geet just kept staring at the boy calling her Mumma and it was not long tat she knew it was her son.. twin of Dia. For a second there was smile on her face but soon it was replaced with anger when she heard Maan.

Maan; Dhruv beta.. let Mumma.. rest.. you know na Doctor uncle said na tat Mumma is weak and she needs rest.

Geet now understood tat she was not at HH but in KM and tat to in their room. The room which belonged to them and their love. she tried to get up but her hands started to pain more whenever she put some pressure on them. Maan kept quite for sometime but seeing her continuously doing it he got angry.

Maan: stay the way you are Geet and if you even move a inch it will be worst for you.

Geet: who are you to stop me and why the hell m here.

Maan: Your legal husband and the place where you are right now…is the place where you belong.

Maan come near her and holds her by her shoulders.

Geet struggled to get out of his hold. She wriggled in turn hurting her wounds that stated to bleed a bit but Maan did not leave her.

Geet: leave me.. leave me Maan..

Maan; no…. you hate Dia… you hate Dhruv..

Geet: No I don't.. leave me.. I need.. to go back.. I need to go..

Maan: you will not.. I will not..

Geet: they wil kill Dia.. leave me they will kill… Dhruv..leave me I cant stay here……. they will kill My Maan.. leave me.. leave me.. they will kill you… leave me Maan I cant stay here.. he will kill you all.. he will kill my children's.. no I cant stay here.. I cant stay here… let me go..

Maan was shocked while his grip turned more forceful the moment she said those words.
