Sandiip gets soapy

After Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, the next big show from Sony is Kaajjal — Sabbki Ankhon Mein Basi slated to air October-end. Described as a fairy tale love story, it is about Kaajjal, the girl-next-door. This daily will be the first show from Sandiip Sikcand, the newly appointed chief creative director, SET. "The character of Kaajjal is a small town girl whom we have all interacted with. The first promo of the show will be aired before Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa's inaugural episode and Kaajjal's character will also be introduced in one of the Jhalak episodes," says Sikcand.
Produced by Twenty Twenty Production, the television subsidiary of K Sera Sera, it stars Apoorva Agnihotri and Rati Agnihotri, among others.
