Res...let me find something to write...
I watched 11th October 2012 and 12th October 2012 episodes together. When I first watched both episodes, I was literally saying "What the!!" But repeated watching of both these episodes made me throw logic out of the window and just enjoy the scenes as for what they were shown for. I did not try to understand anything but just watched the drama for an entertainment factor, and entertained I definitely was, even though some parts made me cringe and left a bad taste, for some parts I was laughing my head off and smiling.
11th October 2012 Episode - After the Shyam fiasco
Anjali
I loved the strong Anjali Singh Raizada who emerged like a newborn phoenix from the ashes of her husband's cruel past. I absolutely loved Anjali for burning all the things related to Shyam as she does not want to remember anything in regards to him. Excellent Therapeutic Method! I loved the Anjali who stopped Nani too.
Having spoken about the strong Anjali Singh Raizada, and admired her strength to face the blow fate and destiny dealt on her, I felt sad, pitiful and sympathized a lot with the woman who was broken from within and trying to find solace in her brother. The pain that she has been going through since her first broken marriage was conveyed for everyone to hear. And the worst part of it, she was never at fault for everything that happened in her life. Firstly, her first marriage broke because of her dad's infidelity. Secondly, Shyam entered her life, won over her love just to satisfy his own selfish needs and because of which her child was also killed. Another soul that committed no faults.
If you ask me where did all these mistakes start arising from, it is because of Anjali's low esteem. And the fact that the whole family treated her like a child instead of an adult added more to the fuel. At least now Anjali grew up, even though it was just a matter of minutes.
My heart went out to Anjali today, when she said "Why does she have no rights on happiness?" and "Why before she gets any happiness, it gets snatched away from her?" Oh my goodness! I hated the world Anjali lived in because of these statements. I seriously did! For me I believe everyone deserves happiness no matter huge or small, it just has to bring a smile to someone. And, here I hear a woman saying that all her happiness is snatched away before she gets it, I realized how much pain Anjali suffered from in her life till now.
No wonder she has low self-esteem about herself!
The burnt ashes signified the burnt Anjali.
I loved how after venting out everything to her brother, she immediately convinced herself to move forwards and the second step she took to wipe her own tears had me clapping for her. You Go Girl! Yes you should not cry for a man who does not deserve your tears at all. (Thank God no more Rona Dhona!)
In my previous analysis, I mentioned hopefully Anjali during the whole ordeal remembers Arnav's words to her when tying the Rakhi. Thank God she did! And also told about him and Khushi protecting her and saving her as always.
Her mentioning about her family standing before her as a fortress earned her brownie points from me hehehe! Yes Anjali finally you understood the meaning of family and dear ones. They will argue with you over a mistake done by you even if you go behind their back to commit a wrong, and to help you they will support you but they will never ever let you get away from their fingers and even if something bad has to happen to you, they will first take it upon themselves before even letting you be hit with it. This is family! Thank God you understood it now!
Finally! The Most Awaited Moment!
Ok...not really the most for everyone but for me!
Anjali Singh Raizada made a promise (I never thought that would come true ever!) Everytime I see or hear her brothers or her family make infinite promises to her, finally I see Anjali making a promise to never forget her family's love, care and concern. Aww!! Yay!!
Yes the black shadow has been lifted, thanks to you! Now I sincerely hope it is a new beginning in our life!
You got cured!!! You knocked on the door!!! You understood your brother is a married man!! You asked for permission to enter!! Another reason to celebrate today! Yay!!
Anjali and Khushi
I absolutely loved their scene together.
A relationship that was not formed out of blood but through the heart. Reminded me of the initial days in the drama where Anjali and Khushi's bond were formed.
A mutual understanding between both the characters was conveyed. Anjali realized Khushi was hurting and most likely blaming herself for the entire fiasco. She had to intervene to tell Khushi that none of it was her fault but entirely the fault of Shyam and that her relationship was never true to be sustained forever.
Her apology to Khushi was much needed as because of her abortion thoughts Khushi had to go through another hell, being reminded of the contract marriage and to continue her stay in the house.
Khushi the Saint! I was wondering how come she is allowing Anjali to apologise so many times and just then she makes the statement "If I were you, I would have done the same thing"... hmmm
Love Khushi for bringing Anjali's low self-esteem to a higher notch. Telling Anjali that she deserves all the happiness in the world and that she will get them. But now just continue to smile. Sometimes, reassurances make a lot of difference in her person's life.
Thoughts to ponder: Khushi's promise to Anjali that she will get many chances to smile now. Does that mean, Khushi will be the one joining Anjali with a new guy, when he appears??
Arnav - The Guardian Angel
Today, when I saw you, I only got reminded of the words Guardian Angel. You had no words to console Anjali when she was broken down and burning her husband's possessions. But you made up for it by holding her and standing by her side as a rock. All her words pricked your heart because all that she went through, you also did. The sordid past, her marriage failure and her miscarriage. What is worst? You always got to know the truth and faced it alone before your sister smelt even a whiff of it. But you still stood strong as a wall for her through all the good and bad times.
Today when I again saw you overlooking your wife and sister's conversation, again I realized you are truly a Guardian Angel in both these women's lives. You always save them before they are burnt or scarred through external forces. I have no words to describe you; you are truly a God-sent Guardian Angel. The Ever Silent Supporter!
A New Dawn... A New Beginning
Sigh no morning after scene, no taekwondo pose, no hug, nothing?
Hmmm never mind, moving on...
Arnav-Khushi
Just got to love your cute conversations! Hahaha!
Arnav I love how you care about your wife and what she should wear as the weather will be hot...awww!!! I love you more and more everyday!
Sigh you forgot Arnav, Khushi does not know what the meaning of derby is. Feel for you! Your exasperation was clearly evident. Barun your whole expressions during the entire sequence made me laugh out loud! You totally rock! I love the way you said "Jaise?" and "No",it was astounding. Hehe!
Thoughts to ponder: A villan always makes a story interesting. Suggesting Shyam's reentry or a new villan?
Aww Arnav you can never see Khushi sad can't you? First you said derby, she said movie, when you saw her sad you finally accepted to go for an English movie and she became sad as it was not a hindi movie, you had no choice but to agree to watch a hindi, Salman Khan movie. Arnav you are too sweet. But if you want her to follow your rules, you have to deal with her sweetheart.
Their hug!! Oh my goodness no words to describe! Too cute! Too sweet!
Arnav's confusion
It is ok Arnav, your wife just did not understand that you wanted to spend some alone time with her and to make Anjali and the whole family be happy, she called everyone to go for the movie with you. It is ok...chill!
Outside the theatre
Honestly I did not mind the scene at all until it went too overboard! The initial seconds were funny knowing how Khushi's characteristic is and how if something does not go the way she wants it, it has to be changed. The making Arnav and Nani sick, pulling NK in all was done in good humor. But after the break, it just went too over, I wished Arnav was more headstrong in that scene instead of just pulling her to enter the hall.
Subtle Promotion of Me, Main aur Mr Right!
Too Good! Especially with Arnav's What the and NK's myself! Hahaha! Loved this small bit!
At least NK realized and figured out how embarrassed Arnav felt during the whole scene!
Trust me Khushi! At the rate you are behaving even I am left wondering were you both married 4 days back or 40 years back!
My logic??
Escapewa... In reality, however much you crib, beg and pester the security guards to allow the home cooked food inside the hall, it can never happen. Simple!
Arnav- The Possessive Lover
The guy who always wants to be the reason Khushi smiles is left fuming as she is not least bothered that he was not sitting by her side. She is happily enjoying the movie and chatting with NK, while Arnav was upset and sad that he was not able to spend some quality time with her. Khushi when will you ever understand??
12th October 2012 Episode
Continuation of the Theatre Scene
Arnav is busy fuming over his mobile phone. Give credit to Khushi, at least she glanced at her husband and noticed that he was angry. Takes credit back, Khushi when was Arnav ever angry because he never got food?? I fail to understand!
Arnav is so pissed...poor guy, only wanted to spend time with Khushi. Arnav not enjoying himself was very evident on his face. Arnav's anger, say 'thank you God' Khushi, Arnav was not ASR, if not he would have just walked out of the theatre. He was undergoing such a bad mood.
Khushi's tears!
It moved the great ASR who wanted to run away from any girl's love, but could not stop himself from caring about Khushi especially when she cried or teared...where is Arnav, who is in love with Khushi and married to her happily, how will he be able to tolerate Khushi crying for a movie scene
Mami! You took away the only piece of consolation Arnav was able to send to Khushi amidst the distance, thank God you were sitting beside him, if not you would have witnessed his full wrath! hahaha!
Arnav was so happy that Khushi called out his name, but all in vain he realized!
Arnav's frustrations!
Gosh seriously I felt so bad for Arnav at this point of time! He wanted to hold Khushi's hands in his but was denied three times in a row. All his plans were down the drain and he was frustrated with the whole outcome.
I love the way he pulled Khushi to sit beside him! So much of control and rights over his wife and I thought when Khushi smiled at him so sweetly, she understood his intentions but alas!
I do not think Khushi is wrong here either, this is a girl who has never been to a movie with a guy before and all those times she has ever been to one must have been with her parents and sister, none of them would have wanted to hold her hands. As such, Khushi cannot be blamed for failing to realise that Arnav wanted to hold her hands. I hoped Arnav understood it.
Their First Fight!!!!
Oh My Goodness!!! If I said I love it, that itself is an understatement!! Arnav's anger! Ahhh!!!!
I could totally understand why Arnav was angry! But I could also understand why Khushi felt he was angry with the others. For her, loving Arnav means making him smile and she always has the thought that he is always happy when his family is happy. She never ever thought even once that Arnav would want to spend time with her alone, I do not know what more Arnav has to do to show Khushi his love and to make her understand her place in his life especially after the way she said, "Accha...?"
Why must I think Arnav was not justified to be angry after she uttered that word, even I was angry thinking why did she say that as if him wanting to spend time with her was nothing much to her and that she did not want to spend time with him.
ASR'S OFFICE!!
Wow finally after months I get to see ASR's office again and him working! Jai Ho Devi Maiyya! HAHAHA! I have been deprieved of Arnav Singh Raizada's office and his work for a very long time! Finally the day came! And Khushi was greeted as Arnav's better half and with respect by the receptionist. Icing on the cake!
Having known that there are other people sitting at the conference hall, I really had a face palm moment when Khushi shrugged off her dupatta. Not because her dress was ugly, but because of the embarrassment that she is going to suffer. Oh man! I do not want any girls to be in her situation ever!
Khushi dressed up like a Barbie doll, someone like the way she grew up will choose. Puffed sleeves, knee-length dress, white for purity. But Khushi, your husband Arnav is a businessman in the fashion industry, he knows the current trends and fashion at the tip of his fingers, if you want to manaofy him, you need to wear a better and more sexier dress than this sweetheart.
Honestly watching the episode a second time helped a lot! I was practically dying out of laughter watching Arnav's expressions when he saw Khushi's white dress and asked what is this? HAHAHA! And then, his expressions when she started singing I Love You in the offbeat tune, and then his "No, No, No" for her second dress change and his shocked expressions seeing her sing "Aaj Mausam Hai Suhana". And finally her "lady-don avatar" and Arnav's pained expressions. Oh my goodness!I laughed like mad! Seriously!
Arnav's anger was worded perfectly here by Barun when he said, "I have been trying to tell you that I am having a presentation here, but that is only if you let me talk". Barun's voice modulation = perfect at this scene! And Khushi sensing his anger knows that she is definitely in for it. You know your husband very well!
ASR's Clients!
Mr Arnav Singh Raizada if you want to survive in the fashion industry and want to clinch a deal, please change your clients. Even you cannot fathom how could they like your wife's clothes, even I am thinking how is it possible! Please do not have any dealings with them; you and your company will be saved from an ordeal!
Loved Arnav's confused looks at the statement of the clients that they loved Khushi's clothes and he looking at her from top to bottom thinking what the. Hahahaha!
From Arnav ji to Arnav!
Its always claimed that the reunion that comes after a fight is very sweet. That's exactly that what happened. Arnav was angry that Khushi did her tamashaa at his office, the place he worked. But he always being her Arnav totally understood what she actually wanted to accomplish through it and he did forgive her!
Piece of advice to all the young girls out there: Unless your husband is a business tycoon and is the owner of the place he works at, please do not attempt to do a Khushi antic over at his workplace because if not your husband would be sacked and the next whole day you need to help him look for another job and there will be a much bigger fight in your household!
I loved the way he accepted what she wanted to do to appease him. Wearing skirt, watch an English movie, speak in English. But he wanted something all together different. Her to call him as Arnav! How sweet is that! Her upbringing never made her say anyone's name without the suffix ji and all Arnav wanted to hear is her calling him Arnav. He tricked her and she said it. Her shock, and the satisfaction and the fact that she is claiming her right as his wife by calling him Arnav was very evident in her face.
RIP JI!!!!
I will always miss the ji attached to Arnav's name! Khushi was the only one who called him Arnavji and it had so much of love, and feeling to it! I just loved her calling him Arnavji! Now that also is lost! I hope it is a one-time affair and that she goes back to calling him Arnavji! But sigh that's my SKD!
The hug that followed! She was so shy that she said his name aloud and the way he looked at her transfixed made her blush and hide her face under his chest. How cute and sweet! I can never get enough of their hugs; it is just so nice and lovable!
Ajeeb!
Arnav you are ajeeb!
Khushi you are ajeeb!
Both your love story is ajeeb!
Me loving the episode on the second watch is even more ajeeb!
Another new day, no night scene, no morning after scene?
CVs am I supposed to believe that after all the manaofying, the cute hug, the shyness of Khushi, Arnav wanting to spend time with Khushi, they both slept on the same bed just holding their hands??
