SurYa is a perfect couple.. they match each other in looks, the love & the care they have for each other . They are shown to be about more than 12 years apart though I don't know how apart they are in actual but still doesn't matter Anas looks quite young , possess both maturity as well as innocence for Suraj's role.. even if the age gap was less , it would have been fine..what do you guys think ?

I actally dont know exact age difference between SurYa. As per my calculation minimum age diff is 8 and maximum 12..

As per serial storyline written on startplus website they've mentioned Sandhya's age 19 while no clue about Sooraj's age.. Bhabho few times mentioned that he's in his late 20's then 8 to 10years age diff is on the cards.

It would have been better if age diff shown little less as it'll looks more realistic. It's always difficult to make repo with person who's quite elder i mean when it comes to life partner. Perspectives, look at life are totally different. Anyway, Anas n Deepika both fits well in their characters respectiveyl.

I cant remember the episode but I heard once for sure during Sandy's 15 days exam I guess... Bhabo was telling that she is with Suraj for 27 years and Sandy is only new still her son doesn't believe her or something like that...!!! If youtube was open here in my country I would search 4 the epi n confirm you...!!! But ya from sp or any other sources Suraj's age was never confirmed like Sandy...!!

I never liked the age gap between husband n wife more than 5 years...!!! But after seeing SurYa... Even if Suraj is 12 years older than Sandy I wouldn't mind at all...!!! They r just perfect...!!! And no matter how old Suraj is he is still innocent like a kid...!!! 😳

I think I agree with Ayeshi, they did mention he is 27 in one of the episodes making the age difference between them of 8 yrs. There are both pros and cons of age difference of this many yrs. The problem is often when the husband is much older a generational gap comes in thinking and the level of maturity differs vastly. However the advantage is that the husband in many cases tends to pamper his wife a lot if there is a huge age gap. Leaving aside all that, SurYA are perfect for each other and it is a match made in heaven. They to me personify what an ideal relationship between husband and wife should be. Not only are they physically well matched as both are extremely good looking but emotionally also deeply connected.What more would you want in a relationship ? Is jodi ko kisi ki nazar na lage.

ami - haan mai aa gayi sweetu , i have yet to reply to other posts. I& &yours too.. .2-3 days ago while I was here, i hit something accidentaly & it showed the summary.. i was surprised to read suraj's age in his early thirties.. i didn't watch the show from the beginning but thought he must be around 27-28 but after reading that it makes their age gap around 10 -11 yrs. .. but we love them if even if they are that apart as they are perfect hubby-wife

ayeshi - i guessed his age to be that only ..may be his age is written wrong there , . anyway surya is a perfect couple for us & that's what the cvs are trying to show that even if there is an age difference of 7-8 yrs. ..they are for each other.. they both are fond of each other & do chhed chhad , how they teach each other small things in friendly way

dunia- I too didn't think until I read but still they are the cutest couple for us

I too agree with you ayeshi...😊 I was strict in my opinions that the age gap between husband and wife musn't be more than 3-4 years...bt it was since i read this thread...My fav couple make me realise that it's not matter the age gap,it's only matter the love and understanding between them...

I don't know what people think in indian society think about this matter...but in my country people don't like much that kind of marriage..bcz they think it may occur problems in their lives...their point of view is ,several years after the marriage the husband become older while his wife still in younger age...So doubts enter into their lives and happiness fly away from their lives...I also thought that it would be true..

But now i realise that these are nothing between real life partners like like our❤️ SURYA..❤️.As suraj mentioned in his speech the gap between him,a halwali and his educated wife vanished because of her wife's qualities...So the 2 hearts which is beating together never counts on their physical appearence or age gap.etc...I can't find words for tell my feelings ...

umdu - agree with you, if husband is older than wife , he pampers her , in this case, suraj doesn't look much older than sandhya & he pampers her too.. they both are perfectly matched & i too wish kissi ki nazar na lage . Anas came in an interview show on star plus (now ABP news) sheela shagun meenakshi, he was asked about his relationship with sandhya , he replied when he got married he felt he was a kid to bhabo for so many yrs, for the love he got from her & now it was the time to give that love to his wife by making her his kid.. we could laugh over whst he said but sandhya isn't a kid for him thogh he loves her uncontionally

bhuddinie - agree with you too... surya is our perfect beautiful life partners... love & understanding are the 2 imp. things in a marriage which they both possess very well. .. suraj's speech was too touchy & real.. thanks for appreciating the post dear, i don't know how it just came to my mind. where do you live & what's your name

I would like to add that I don't mean to hurt anyone with the subject of my post... we love SurYa as a couple , whether they are 7-8 yrs. apart or even more than 15 yrs. because they are match in looks & qualities, they both are made for each other & we love them

As everyone stated already, there is a 8 year difference between Suraj & Sandhya as far as the story goes, but I would have loved if the difference is lesser, like 3-4 years, that would have been nice for the story as well.
