As she locked the bathroom door, tears again came to her eyes. Her life has been changed, her dreams left incomplete. She turned the water tap on as soon the cold water runs down her body, a memory back in her head flashed right in front of her eyes. She quickly turn off the water and leaning her head to the wall she cried not controlling her screams, she cried hard

"Khushi tum kya ….. (what are you …..)" Before he could complete his mouth was covered by her hand

"Ssshhh …. Main ne kaha tha aap se ke yahan mat aaien ab Trisha toh saare campus mein announce ker de gi(I told you not to come here but you still and now Trisha will annonce it in whole campus)" She mumbled last few words to herself but he heard and cannot control the smile at her innocence. He gently wiped her hand off from his mouth and moving to the water tap he turned it on, Water running from shower quickly soaked Khushi who was standing right under the shower. Before she could scream his hand covered her mouth coming to her. In doing so he himself drenched completely, He was staring at her like there is nothing more important than it

"Khushi" His trance broken with the knock on the door

"Kh ….. Khushi is taking shower" They heard Lavanya. Khushi tried to push his hands away from her mouth but unlike her his grip was stronger instead he pulled her closer bringing his other hand to her waist

"Shower at this time, is she crazy, anyways I need some notes from her" Arnav hardly suppressed his laughter while her hands were constantly struggling to push him away

"She'll give you tomorrow, ok Good Night" Lavanya pushed Trisha outside and quickly closed the door. Breathing a sigh of relief she knocked on the door

"Guys you can come out" As soon Lavanya said it, Khushi with all her force pushed back Arnav, she quickly moved to the door but soon he again caught hold of her hand and they were again in shower

"What … what are you doing Mr. Raizada" Khushi looked at him furiously trying to push him away before she could understand anything, he leaned in and kissed her forehead, her hand moving to push him stilled on his chest

"Khushi ….. look at me" She heard him saying and then she slowly looked up at him, only what she could see was the care and desire for her on his face, she was lost, she lifted her hand and brought it to his face, she saw him closing his eyes. She slowly caressed his cheeks

Again knock on the door and it somehow bring Khushi out of the trance

"There is no place for this stupidity Khushi, you are here to fulfill your father's dream and your dream" As soon her mind recalled her she quickly drew her hand back. He opened his eyes looking at her confusingly, next thing he wasn't expecting from her

She slapped him and pulled away from him, He was shocked but then her tearful eyes … he forgot everything

"Khu …. Khsuhi I'm sorry I don't want to hurt you …. I … I ….please don't cry …. Pl …."

"DON'T" She forbid him as he brought his hand to wipe her tears, She opened the door and walked out. He followed her

"Khushi listen …."

Lavanya glared at them confusingly, They were drenched, Khushi crying, Arnav after her

"What happened?" Lavanya asked holding Khushi

"Lavanya jus …. Just ask him to get out of here, I don't want to see his face" Khushi pleaded in her sobs

"Khushi I …."

"I DON"T WANT TO HEAR HIM" As he opened his mouth for an apology she quickly cut his sentence and hugged Lavanya now crying bitterly

Lavanya gestured him to leave and he nodding his head moved to the window, he turned only to have a last look at her and he jumped out

"I was so wrong Khushi, but then you always hide your feelings and today also …." His thoughts disrupted as soon he heard her scream, In no time he reached to the bathroom door, turning the knob he was about to open the door but then stopped and leaning back to the door he knelt down on the floor

"I am sorry Khushi" He muttered to himself

After almost an hour when she came out he could see her puffy and red eyes. It pinched his heart but knowing that she will not allow him to come near her he silently went to bathroom

At Dining table, breakfast was a silent affair, neither one speak. As soon the breakfast has been finished Arnav took Khushi's hand and was about to move away to his room when stopped in his tracks

"Kahan ja rahe ho tum? (Where are you going)" Harish S. Raizada asked harshly

"We have to pack our things, we'll be leaving in afternoon for university" He replied calmly and in all this Khushi first time looked at him, He said We It means he will take her also with him

"Yeh larki kahin nahi jaaye gi (She will not go anywhere)" Harish said furiously

"Kyun? She is my wife and she has the right to go anywhere with me" Arnav argued

"Agar yeh iss ghar se bahir gayee toh iss ke maa aur babu jee ki laash se guzar ke jaaye gi (If she has to step out then it will at the cost of her parents death)" Khushi's eyes widened with fear and she nodded to no, her grip on Arnav's hand tighten and he clenched his teeth for control

"Baba …. This is not fair, how can you punish her for her brother's act and I am sorry to say but your sister is willingly involved in all this then how can you ……" His sentence was cut by Khushi

"Arnav, tum jaante ho tum kya keh rahe ho (You have any idea what you are saying)" Harish said loudly

"Please Mr. Raizada … I can't go, I'll stay here" She said it and he could feel her broken voice although she tried to keep it calm

"Khushi you …."

"Please" She pleaded now looking into his eyes

"Ok" He threw a heated glance at his father who left from there smiling. Now at dining table only he, Khushi and Aakash were left

Khushi started cleaning the table when Arnav stopped her, "Yeh kya ker rahi ho tum (What are you doing) leave it" He held her hand and made her sit on the chair

"Roopali" He called the servant and asked her to clean the table

"Aakash can I ask you something?" Arnav turned to Aakash who nodded his head

"Of course Arnav"

"Please take care of Khushi in my absence …." Aakash was on holidays so he thought him to be the only one who could take care of her but before Aakash could answer Khushi spoke up

"Please stop this drama, don't at least in front of me" Arnav and Aakash looked at her confusingly

"What … what are you saying?" Arnav asked

"Just stop pretending your concern for me please I beg you" That's it, here he was worrying for her as he knew his family very well and that they cannot let her live in peace so easily and she was thinking he was faking it. In a second he grasped her arm and tightly held her

"What did you say?" He fumed

"Arnav please stop, leave" Aakash tried to pull him away glancing at a frightening Khushi who definitely have not seen this furious side of him. As Aakash pulled him back he realized what he was doing. He looked at Khushi who was now trembling with fear, tears running down her cheeks. Guilt engulfed him, it was not her fault, it was the circumstances which made her think this way. He inhaled and raised his hand to held her when she stepped back in fear

"Arnav relax, I'll take care of her" Aakash patted his shoulder and left

"Khushi I …… I am sorry" He brought his hand to wipe her tears when again she stepped back. He fisted and punched his hand hard on the table making her gasp in fear. He without giving her a chance held her hand and dragged her with him

Arnav was feeling like killing himself, he should have control his feelings and himself before saying it to her. Khushi was clearly avoiding him not that she talked to him frequently before but now she was completely ignoring him and this tension has been sensed by his friends also. Now they were trying to make up a plan so they can talk to each other. For this they have to seek Lavanya's help

It was noon and Arnav after the breakfast incident did not speak to Khushi but he also did not leave the room. On the other hand Khushi was sitting on the bed not knowing what to do, she once thought of taking a book for reading from the rake but then he brushed off the thought thinking about his anger. She was wondering why he was not packing, he said he was going in the afternoon and now it was 2:00.

"May I" Both looked at the door and find Anjali standing there

"Of course Di" Arnav smiled

"By the way, I came here to meet my Bhabhi who seems to be getting bored, Isn't it Khushi" In answer Khushi just smiled as Anjali sat beside her

"Chotte have you done with the packing?" As Anjali asked Khushi also looked at him but soon shifted her gaze as he was also looking at her

"No Di, I'll go early morning" He said briefly, "Excuse me I've some work with Aakash" As he left the room Khushi breathe a sigh of relief and now she was comfortably chatting with Anjali

*******************************

"Oh God I forgot my notes in the lab" Lavanya said checking on her file, It was Khushi's free time while Lavanya has to visit the professor for her missing lectures

"Khushi if I'll go back to take them then I'll be late for Professor Mehta and you know na he will never allow me in again" Lavanya said worried

"Don't worry Lavanya. I'll get them for you"

"Thanks Khushi" Lavanya left from there and Khushi again moved to the lab

While;

"Arnav, what's in your bag" He opened his bag as Mayank asked

"Oh I guess I forgot to return dissection box, you guys carry on" As Arnav turned to go Mayank winked at Rohit and they headed to cafe

Arnav turned to the door after returning the dissection box to the attendant when he bumped into Khushi who was coming in the lab

"I … I am sorry" Arnav steadied her and she without looking at him stepped forward when she swung back by him

"Leave me Mr. Raizada" She wriggled in his grip

"Not unless you listen to me" Arnav pulled her to the corner and pinned her to the wall

"Khushi please I am sorry, I didn't meant to hurt you, I don't know what was with me ….. I … I lost control …. I shouldn't have ….."

"You shouldn't ever think about it, how could you ever …… how many times I have to tell you that WE BELONGTO TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS ……. OPPOSITES …… and ……" Her eyes wide opened as he pressed his lips on her cheeks

"I am sorry" Fury overtook her and she with all her force pushed him back

"HOW DARE YOU TOUCH ME" She again slapped him but not caring about it he covered her mouth with his hand

"I can dare to do much more than it, you understand" Now there was just anger in his eyes and it feared her

"Just forgive me please" Controlling his temper he pleaded and removed his hands from her mouth, she in fear just nodded her head

"So …. We are friends again" He asked smilingly and she having no choice again nodded

"Thank you" He again leaned in to kiss her cheeks when he backed off seeing her fear

"Sorry" He said again

"It … It's ok" She stammered and looked at him expectantly to give her the way. He smiled and moved aside

"I'll keep these words for the right time" He said to himself as he watched her leaving the lab room

Khushi was setting the bed while he was staring her like always, lost in her. He had imagined her in this room with him doing all these things for him so many times that now when she was actually there he feared to believe it as not to break this wonderful dream.

"Can … can I take this pillow?" Her voice brought him back from thoughts

"What? Why are you asking?" He could feel her fear from him since morning

"Woh ….. I ….." As he followed her gaze to recliner he understand what she was intending to do

"No way Khushi, you are sleeping on the bed and that's final" He said keeping his voice tone strict as he knew it was the only way Khushi will follow him

He was right, she without any questions lay down in the bed, he smiled and taking pillow from the bed came to recliner

As Khushi wake up she stretched her arms and her hands hit something, She sat down and look for it, it was his phone. She took phone in her hand and notice a note attached with it, she taking the note read it

"Khushi, I am going, please take care of yourself, I am leaving my mobile phone here for you, I'll call you once I reached and I want you to talk to me, This is an order and since I'm your husband now you should obey me" Tears again formed in her eyes. She was feeling secured when he was here but now she has no idea what she should do!
