Bollywood Box Office is to Explode in Last Quarter

If you thought that 2012 is coming to an end with such positive news. If you thought that Ek Tha Tiger will be the biggest grosser of the year followed by Rowdy rathore. Wait, it is not over yet, real fight is just about to begin. Here are some biggies to be released in last Quarter.

Last Quarter will kickstart with Student of The Year (19th Oct, 2012), then followed by Jab Tak Hai Jaan (13th Nov, 2012), Son of Sardaar (13th Nov, 2012), Talaash (30th Nov, 2012), Khiladi 786 (7th Dec, 2012) and Dabangg 2 (21st Dec, 2012) to wrap up the matters. In between few other releases might surprise us a bit, like it did in the earlier part of the year.

Student of The Year is carrying good vibe among the distributors and as per their saying it is certain to be a Hit at Box Office market. It is directed by none other than Karan Johar and has totally new cast in lead roles.

After SOTY two most awaited biggies will clash this Diwali Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son of Sardaar. Whereas one stars Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles and directed by none other than Yash Chopra himself. The other stars Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha in lead role. JTHJ and SOS both are most sought after films among the distributors. Who can imagine to fight with YRF studios in Diwali, but with great camaraderie among Distributors for SOS it has now legs to compete with JTHJ this Diwali. Although Screens will be divided between these two films, don't expect anything less than a century at the box office from these films.

After this titanic battle, if you have thought of taking a rest from watching movies, then you are wrong as Talaash is scheduled for release on last day of November. Talaash stars Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji in lead roles. Aamir Khan is coming back to Silver Screen after 3 long years as lead actor and his last film 3 Idiots lifetime collection is yet to be broken (Lifetime Distributor Share is broken by Ek Tha Tiger though). Expect nothing less than a hurricane from this film.

If trade marked Rowdy Rathore as the dark horse for first half of the year 2012, Khiladi 786is definitely the dark horse for the last part of the year 2012. It is releasing exactly the next week after Talaash. Akshay Kumar is the Khiladi of Bollywood without doubt, he is back to his favourite avatar. Film is action-masala and if content is good, another Rowdy Rathore at the Box Office is expected. Even add to the spice Khiladi 786 stars Asin Thottumkal and she is definitely the lucky charm for all co-stars and having enviable box office records and most definitely the best among leading actresses.

Come this december and if you are having a thought of celebrating Christmas in style, then why not celebrate it with Mr. Chulbul Pandey. Yes, Chulbul Pandey is back with Dabangg 2 on 21st Dec, and this time he is more shrewd and cunning than earlier. Dabangg 2 trailer is not yet released. Still, one can safely say with Salman Khan in it, it is a sure shot Hit at the box office. If trailer is liked by audiences, expect a Tsunami this Christmas at the box office.
