How did Anjali and Shyam get married?

I remember, in one of the scenes Anjali told Arnav-" you know it chote, don't you, under which circumstances your Jijaji and I got married" (tumhe pata hain na chote kis halat main hamari shadi huithi?) I was wondering if we would get to know exactly why and how Anjali and Shyam got married.

Even Mishti's had said in one of her spoilers (a while back) that Shyam will tell Anajli why he married her.

Was wondering if that would be brought up tomorrow.
