I can not tell you the JOY of reading RV pacing up and down and cursing some random person only because Panchi is out with him! OH! This is SOOO goood!! RV is all mad and hyper and KD has no choice but to listen to him go on and on and on!

"Stop cursing? That unworthy ass doesn't deserve her! How can she just walk off with some new dude to movies like that? And why the hell are you even bothering! Go watch your drama!" Ranveer replied angrily.

I laughed so much at this! God! The spontaneity of the dialogues! Wish I could write like this! And KD was watching a DRAMA?! Which one? :P

oooh! RaHi in love but won't admit it? GAAHH! I always LOVE such couples!! *__*

"She is my bestfriend! And do you know what she said yesterday? She said 'I am going for a movie with my bestfriend!' And for a moment I thought she was talking about me! A moment! And then she said the curse! How can she just walk off with Abhimanyu like that? That is not fair! She is my bestfriend!" Ranveer said and slumped onto the couch next to KD.

Can I just hug you for this? 🤗 This is just so AMAZING! I just loved the way you turned around RV&KD's relationship. He is frustrated and KD is taking care of him! He asked him for Pasta? And he wanted popcorn and coke? EEPPS! I LOVE YOU RANVEER!!!!!

Uhum? A PanSh reason for his insecurity! I FREAKIN' LOVE YOU FOR THIS PRACHI!!! KD's is such a nice guy here, the one who knows it all. Hope that with Kiya, he is at a loss of thoughts. Beta ji, mission mission khelna asaan hai! Per dil ke mamle bare tedhe hote hain ;)

KD wasn't watching drama! -.- You didnt read it close, MAR! I mentioned "He turned off the NEWS!" But obviously, for RV it IS Drama! 😆

I am not a great fan of PanSh but I love their relationship as FRIENDS! And who could play cupid better? :P I have always wanted KD-RV relationship to be this way! And so I made them so! Not that I dont like the current TBP - which BTW am in love with!

Now this SS is on KiSha - should I remove that? It might turn into RaHi even - so lets see what happens! This is just the beginning, not even beginning. This is like title credits! Picture abhi baaki hain mere dost! 😆

Chapter 3Na Chhode Yaariyan

The night was calm and serene. Every once in a while a gust of wind surpassed the silence of the night. KD's eyes were closed, and he could feel warmness wrap around his body as he laid there, trying to fall asleep. He tried to switch off the thoughts running in his mind, just like a lamp. But unfortunately body had no accessible switch. His mind kept walking back to her no matter how hard he tried to calm it down. There was something wrong. He could feel it. He had missed out on something. Something was bugging him, it was in the back of his mind.

He tossed around for a while before finally getting up. He opened up his Macbook. He opened up the wireless scanner and typed in his password. 179K. The screen took a moment before a high defined video popped on the screen. As he looked at the video, an unconscious smile made its way to his lips. A 17 year olds with IQ higher than a smart college graduate doesn't make silly mistakes like wearing shades in Starbucks. He knows that is not what is defined as 'fitting in'!

"Who wears shades in the starbucks?" This time, KD almost laughed out loud. The conversation he had with her was more than amusing.

Then he caught it. He would have missed it had he not paused to see people's faces at the idiotic act of himself there. There was a man sitting in the far corner of the Starbuck not paying attention to their chatter. Unlike others, he was busy sipping on his Starbucks, his head ducked. But what caught KD off guard was the little watch that was pointed directly at them. And the little light the blinked on it every millisecond.

It was a video recorder.

He cursed and snapped his laptop shut. He closed his eyes and laid on his bed, putting the laptop away. How could he have possibly missed that?

His thoughts were interrupted by a faint vibration from garage downstairs. Panchi was back from the movies. He sighed and tried to sleep again. It hadn't been a hectic day, and so he knew sleep was going to play hide and seek with him today.

"Alvida yaara alvida, ho rahe tumse hum judaa" KD almost banged his head into the pillow and groaned as he heard the voice. He jumped out of the bed frustrated, almost banging his head into the wall. The sadistic singer of the house is going to face his wrath today.

"Le chalein saare ghum tere, khush rahe yaara tu sada!" KD ran down the stairs and towards the music room which the sadist had kept open on purpose. Tumse bhi zyaada hongi, Ab yaadein pyaariyan. Hum dono ki hain Apni apni lachaariyan. Ab hanste hanste tum pe Le khushiyaan -"

"Shut the eff up!" KD made his way towards wear Ranveer was sitting with the guitar in his lap. His arm brushed against the stand that held a vase which toppled over and crashed on the floor, making them both flinch. KD stopped for a moment before continuing towards the devil.

"If I hear another word out of you burning mouth, I will forget you live in the same house!"

"What the hell? Unlike you, people care about friendship!" Ranveer glared.

"Unlike you, people care about sleep too!" KD grunted. Ranveer was about to retort when sound of light footsteps made them turn towards the door.

"I heard something breaking!" She said in a timid voice of hers. KD cannot believe a girl as sweet as her could even befriend someone like Ranveer, let alone be bestfriend.

"His brain!"

"My heart!"

"You possess a heart?"

"Ten."

"Unlike you, yes!"

"Twenty."

"I have brains for a better trade off."

"Forty."

"Like hell you do!"

"Eighty."

"Wanna bet?"

"One sixty."

"Oh, its on!"

"Three twenty!" By the time Panchi shouted out the number, the boys were in front of each other, glaring. At the shout. Their heads turned towards Panchi. They frowned at her for a minute and then a look of horror crossed their face.

"No!" They both shouted at once and then glared at each other.

"We were..." Ranveer looked at KD, "...discussing!"

"Three fifty." She finished and walked away.

"This is your fault!" Ranveer grumbled.

"I was not the one croaking out sentimental lyrics!" KD said rolling his eyes and walked out towards Panchi's room.

"Hey, that was for her! And thanks to you. It backfired on me!" Ranveer sulked. "She is the one who should be punished for staying out with a stranger till ten!"

"Abhimanyu is not a stranger." KD said as he opened the door for him to enter. Panchi was sitting on the bed with her iPad, browsing through her mails. KD heard Ranveer mutter something under his breath.

"Done with your discussion?" She asked, flipping the cover over her tablet screen.

"No shit Sherlock!" Ranveer muttered.

KD cringed against the bright light. He could feel the radiation even against his closed eyes.

"Close the damn curtains!" He groaned.

"Nope!" He heard Panchi. "You got a school to attend dear!"

KD sat up and rolled his eyes at Panchi's victorian address. "Where is my wrath piece?"

"However astounding as it sounds, he is up and at the breakfast table." She said and winked at him. "I tickled him until he woke up. Feel lucky you didn't plan to stay in bed for another five minutes." She laughed and walked out of the door, as KD walked over to the bathroom, chuckling.

He had a very good sleep. After three fifty and one push-ups at eleven at night, anyone would sleep soundly. After an hour of bickering, Panchi had made them do push-ups. And because Ranveer is such a honest player, he accused KD of doing one less.

"Are you sure we are in 11C? Shouldn't we be in A?" Ranveer asked again as they walked through the hallway with schedule in hand.

"Yes, I am sure we are in 11C because that brat is in 11C! And yes, Jay purposely put you in 11C so you would stay away from the chicks out there." KD replied with a straight face. But his insides were annoyed to no limit. They reached the door of 11C and KD knocked on the open door. The teacher stopped short on her lecture and looked at them with a sickening sweet smile.

"Yes?" She asked.

"New students." Ranveer said. "Mam!" He added with a smile. The teacher nodded and went to her desk and picked up a list. She looked at them again and pointed towards the class.

"Mr. Desai, sit on the third row, second desk. Next to Ms. Gujral."

KD nodded and looked at the girl whose face was what would he call 'picturesque'. Worth a shot.

"Hello again, Chicklet!" He slid into the desk next to her. She turned to him and uttered the first words that came to her mind.

"Lost your shades?"

why do you think that it was a no fun part? I was laughing so much at this!

The fact that RV was singing "Yaariyan" had me going 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I know the boy is a singer and he is very good at this, but I imagined this whole scene as him singing in a total besura voice and KD going very irritated at it! I mean, KD was irritated and all but..oh chuck it! 🤣🤣🤣

My goodness! They bicker like housewives! It reminds me of Tu Tu Main Main, a sitcom which used to run on Star Plus! Oh, it was epic! But seriously Prachi, I'd literally DIE if I ever see KD and RV bickering like THIS in the show! 🤣🤣

And I can totally get KD's astonishment at the fact someone like Panchi is the best friend of someone like RV!

Oh God...he was singing Yaariyan! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can't get over this thing!

Yaar! I love the relationship between the trio! They followed to her room and settled their argument in front of her, FOR AN HOUR! And she made them do pushups! I was going all, "awww!!!" at this! <3

So they are in the school! I think you missed some part because it seemed all of a sudden. Should've put some partition between the paragraphs, would've been easier to understand.

Loved the last, "Lost you shades?" line! aaah! I so miss KiSha bickering! Itni sweetness nahin bardasht hoti :P

Oh yeah, remove KiSha and make it on RaHi as well! I sooo want to see how RaHi progress here!!! :D

OH it was such an amazing update!

I was imagining RV singing like a Devdas in a maha besura voice and KD going red fuming. Rv singing Yaariyan is somehow very fun.

Their bickering reminded me of Snape's comment during the Remus-Sirius argument in the Shrieking Shack, they argue like a married couple! Husband wife ki roz ki kahani!

The moment Panchi started counting I was wondering what... and then when they groaned 'No.' I was in splits... God I love the PanShEer trio (LOL whatever, at almost 1 in the night, I'm bound to come up with crappy names.)

The sunglasses in Starbucks part... I was grinning ear to ear... Munda ijj shmaart!!

Loved it!!
