~Flashback~
"Di, Shyam ji is the one responsible for your miscarriage. It was not an accident, it was bloody murder! He has attempted murder on you and Arnav ji. He has set his lustful eyes on me. He is an epitome of dirt, deceit, evil.. has bound to ruin our lives.. Believe me, di, I would never want to hurt you.." pleaded Khushi.
"Khushi ji, stop it please! I beg of you.. Please do not ruin my life like this.." Anjali cried.
At this, Khushi held Anjali's hand and led her into a dark room with a center light focused on Shyam and Arnav stood in a corner with fists clenched, held by NK.
"What a game I have played! I have killed my own child.. Poor Rani Sahiba! She has to suffer because she is my only obstacle. But, I must do what I have to! Wow! I am so proud, I have defeated the great Arnav Singh Raizada.. I have snatched his niece and will snatch his di and then Khushi ji will also be mine! I will win this game" scoffed Shyam with his evil laugh.
Anjali stood numb as the floor beneath her moved away.. Her shoulders were held by Arnav and she was leaning on to Khushi. She stumbled on her feet and then gathered her strength and walked towards Shyam. She blinked and a single tear left her eye. And she slapped him, for killing her child.
Again, for attempting to kill her brother and kidnapping him.
Again, for setting looking on to Khushi with a lustful manner.
Again, for deceiving her and her family.
Again, for ruining her life.
Arnav, Khushi, and NK stood back and knew that this would be the end result.
After venting her anger and wounds, Anjali left the room. She had always shown her loving avatar of Laksmi, but it was needed to show her as Durga and Kali.
Arnav attempted to go after her, but Khushi stopped him, saying that Anjali needed to be alone. Arnav reluctantly amended to her and went downstairs when they heard a loud scream from the terrace, and Shyam scream. "Rani Sahiba!"
The whole family quickly made their way up to the terrace to witness a scene that would ruin everything. It would change everything and scar relationships that there was no looking back.
Anjali Shyam Manohar Jha had committed suicide. She had followed the footsteps and met the same fate as Arnav's mother, Ratna Singh Raizada. Arnav couldn't believe it. He grabbed Shyam by the collar, and then let him go. Shyam was right. Arnav had been defeated. He had failed to fulfill the promises of love, protection, care, and fidelity he made to his di and renewed every Rakhi. He failed as a brother. He failed as an uncle.
With all these thoughts roaming his head, he stormed out of the house and drove out into the forlorn street in his white SUV. He didn't care. He drove in full acceleration and thought of his whole journey. How Shyam had even entered their lives, how Khushi entered, how Shyam was so lustful, and how he had lost his mother-like sister. He gave up and leaned his head on the steering wheel. He looked up and his eyes were red, not of despondency but of defeat, anger, regret. A lone tear left his eye and he made his mind to drive back and meet his present, not run away from it.
He went back to Shantivan and saw Khushi consoling Naniji. He pulled her up, and screamed, "Khushi, this all happened because of you! Shyam would never have deceived di if you didn't exist! Why? You have ruined our life. I never knew I would ever let someone hurt me so much. GET OUT! Leave my life and never come back! I HATE YOU!" screamed Arnav.
Khushi just stood there. Her eyes could not meet Arnav's. She looked down and knew that deep down, Arnav was right. She was responsible for everything from Shyam's deceit to Anjali's suicide. She walked towards the door, and Nani and the ewhole family went behind her, when Arnav screamed, "Stop! No one will stop her.Let her go and let us live in peace."
With that, Arnav went upstairs to his room and shut door and Khushi left the doors of Shantivan with no turning back. The only regret she had was that she never got the chance to tell Arnav that she was the mother of their child.
~Flashback Over~
Time had passed and Arnav now knew that Khushi was not responsible and that he had just vented his anger out in the wrong way. He was sorry and tried looking for Khushi everywhere, but couldn't find her. Over the span of four years, Arnav's wound were gathered layers and layers of salt and now Arnav was the worst person one could imagine, the epitome of anger, ego, and ferocity.
Australia
Arnav and Khushi stared at each other in shock. All the memories came back to Arnav and Khushi solemnly promised that she would not go back to Arnav's life and make it even worse. She had done enough damage four years ago and couldn't bear to be responsible to hurt him. Their love was a weird one, but it needed no words to describe.
Arnav pulled Khushi into his cabin. He wanted answers. Why did she not try to meet him? Why did she actually leave? Why did she never come back? WHY? Did she not love him? Did she not ever have any feelings for him? Had she not understood his anger? Where was she in the last four years?
Had she moved on? What name did their love have?
To these, Khushi clenched her teeth and tightly held her tunic top and reiterated her promise of not going back to Arnav's life and making it worse. She crossed hir fingers behind her and said,
"I have been the happiest in my life these four years. Only me. For you, it was always only your di! Always di, this! Di, that! Have you ever cared for me? Di committee suicide.. What did you do? You blamed me? I was sick of being your play toy, Arnav Singh Raizada! Whenever you would want, you would yell at me and make me feel like the best person in the world and in a second, you would make me feel the worst. You would lift me up so high in the skies, and drop me suddenly that I couldn't get up. I have moved on! I hate you!"
Arnav couldn't believe his ears. Khushi had changed so much. She wasn't his anymore. He was right. He should have never let someone get so close to him that they hurt him so much. He fought back his tears. No. Arnav Singh Raizada would not cry.
He walked towards her, and Khushi customarily moved back. They bumped into the wall when Khushi realized she could go no more back. Arnav held her arm tightly, bruising, and cupped her neck. He leaned her face onto his and Khushi closed her eyes tight. Arnav said quietly in his firm, husky voice..
"I hate you, Khushi. And this time, I'm sure I mean it. Just go.. And remember, I am your boss now.. So I promise to make you life a living hell, Khushi Kumari Gupta. "
With that, he left Khushi and she lost her balance and held on to the chair for support. She looked on to the bruise that Arnav had just given her and leaved the cabin, fighting back her tears. She realized how she had longed for her touch, his aggressive love, his husky voice, and his persona of arrogance.
Khushi ran into her office, slamming the door behind her and buried her face in her tears. Arnav, on the other hand clammed his hand on the table and tossing off all the papers on his desk and crushing the cup on the table as well. Blood rushed out of his hands as he cried. Yes, Arnav Singh Raizada cried that day.
Rabba ve Rabba ve...

Dil kyun hai tanha mera
