i think he did that bcz he consider Tripti his mom better then Ganga bcz she left them...and Tripti is making him do her dirty work....and then on monday tulsi will be like u have no manner fighting over ur brothers

i don't think exactly Tripti is making him do this things..Nakul just has all these bad things in mind about Ganga

He has been kind of manipulated be Tripti. So now he thinks the world of Tripti and not knowing the real truth about her. It will all change once he finds out the truth.
