RK's resistance to faith seems to be directly proportional to Madhu's determination to reform him----The more insight Madhu gets into RK's tormented past , the more resistance and fight he seems to put up in order to prove his non belief to the world----especially to Madhu. Madhu the valiant "Warrior of Light" is aware that, no matter how many tests of faith RK puts her through------
Paulo Coelho( Manual of the Warrior of Light)
But came what may, Madhu is seen to be unfaltering in her faith and resolve to realize her dream of helping RK dispel the poison and angst inside him------ boldly facing the challenges meted out by RK with determination and proving at every instance that the flicker of faith is still alive beneath his exterior shroud and self proclaimed "Aetheism" . It was good to see Madhu chance upon an emotional RK finally venting his pent up anger , hurt and complaints in an heart wrenching monologue with his Bappa . I must say , Madhu's outburst shouting at RK to stop wallowing in self pity and count his blessings , for at least having some pleasant memories of his father to hold onto as opposed to her never having seen her father , but living each day with the hurt of knowing that she was unwelcome and that he wanted to kill her -------sure managed to jolt RK . Madhu's revelation afforded a glimpse into her painful past for the first time , and I do hope that RK shows empathy and learns that from Madhu's unfaltering faith which helped her to get over and bury her past by moving on, rather than wallowing in her woes . All in all , an enjoyable episode with stellar performances by both Vivian and Drashti in emoting the pain of carrying the burden of unresolved emotional baggage and it's consequences in shaping one's outlook towards life. Looking forward to the coming week, and to seeing how RK the superstar gets his faith and groove back !
