well, the prerequisite to get a surprise on the sets is ones presence. isn't our Mr. professional a little too busy to be found on the sets?
how often we get an article that says hina is on leave on her birthday or on any xyzs birthday .
this article saya, even the producer knows who toils for the show. hardwork and perseverance never goes unnoticed and hinas dedication to the show is unparalleled .

karan will definately feel bad and neglected.this can create problem b/w leads too if the producer treats its lead actors so diffently.hina will feel like princess and only lead actor and karan will feel the opposite. may be thats the reason of coldness b/w hina and karan.i have never seen them talking on sets with each other in saas bahu aur sazish and other shows,both karan and hina are always seen having fun with other cast except each other.this coldness is bad for their work too
