Hi Irene - Ekalavya is the illegitimite son of Ansh and another woman called

Shradhha, with whom he had a breif affair. He is Bhoomi's half-brither since

both are Ansh's children. Bhoomi, as you know is adopted by Karan/Tanya

since she is Ansh and Nandini's daughter. so:

Ansh + Shradhha = Ekalavya (adopted by Gautam/Damini)

Ansh + Nandini = Bhoomi (adopetd by Karan/Tanya)

Well i think he must knows that he is ansh's son as he was a big enough n was with his real mum when tulsi take him to SN after the death of his mum
