i would be more surprised if she didn't touched her tummy often since her mind is occupied about the fate of the unborn child. Her actions are indicative of being protective of the growing life since she is fearfully uneasy of anticipating a bigger future trouble..😊..

lol it's irritating at times but i guess she's just very attached to the child just like every other mom so it's pretty realistic.

There is nothin irritating:)one child is growing inside arthi. May be if people expect child they ll do normally.its a different feeling.my sister who gave birth recently she ll mostly touch her tummy and ll talk with kid. Its emotional bonding.that too her child is at risk

IMO...Aarti alwayz like that just bcoz she really attaches with her baby n wanna protect her unborn baby, also she do not know Yash reaction if he know the truth about their unborn child...for me is quite natural...
