PART 2:
Viren Jeevika and Viraat, Maanvi were getting ready to go the court. Viraat got Blessings from Vanshikka. Vanshikka had tears in her eyes while blessing Viraat.
Viraat took Maanvi in his car and they reached the court few minutes earlier. He made her to wait inside the car and wait and come inside when the court proceedings start. Maanvi saw Jeevika entering the court and prayed that she will surely save Jeevika.
The proceedings started and Viraat took Maanvi inside the court. The judge came within minutes and the case started.
Viren: Accordingly, Jeevika's sister, Maanvi is suffering from bone marrow cancer, only way to save her is by donating a bone marrow, Jeevika's bone marrow matches perfectly for Maanvi. It is requested to check the medical reports.
(viren handed over the reports to the judge)
Viraat: It is brought to the notice, the donor Jeevika is carrying; it is ill legal to abort a child and then go for proceedings. Still we can search for the donor seriously rather than killing a life.
Viren: Maanvi has undergone extensive chemo session and so she is urgent need of bone marrow to save her life. Why should we consider as killing a life.
Virat: But it is killing two lives. Maanvi knows her sister better than anyone, she know how happy was sister about having child.Infact Jeevika has shared her happiness and future about her baby to Maanvi. Maanvi know how painful Jeevika will be after loosing her child. More over Jeevika will be emotionally hurt. Maanvi will not be able to se her sister in such a condition.
Viren: but will Jeevika will be able handle the pain of seeing her sister in death bed. If Maanvi feels about the future pain, what if Jeevika feels she doesn't want the child now.
Viraat got shocked.
Viraat: If Jeevika doesn't want the child let Jeevika produce a proper counseling letter from her Gynecologist. We will see if reasons are proper and do really Viren and Jeevika are mentally prepared for abortion.
Judge: what is your argument Viren.
Viren: I promise to produce Jeevika's gynecologist next session. But I would like why Maanvi is not agreeing for the transplant in the serious condition.
Viraat: It's not that Maanvi is not ready for transplant; she doesn't want to see her sister keep on pushing herself down, because seeing her sister's happiness is Maanvi's happiness. Maanvi will not be able to see her sister in tears. Maanvi is any time ready and feels lucky to be saved by her sister.
Maanvi and Jeevika looked each with tears.
Judge: the court is closing now and it is ordered that Jeevika's doctor should be brought in court and she should speak to Maanvi also.
Judge moved away confirming her order.
Viraat went towards Maanvi who was in tears. He placed his hands on her head and said "Maanvi hope "
Maanvi replied "I always hope for the best Viraat."
The End.
My apologies for not being up to the mark.
