if we relate the present situation of kunal
may b he has again fallen for siddhi.the way he was teasing her,smiling at her and said their is a reason for him to celebrate his b'day...
here iam talking abt him accepting tht he cant live without her(he knows tht) n want to admitt b4 her and b4 c-family. n wants her back...
when kunal said tht he loves siddhi on c-night it came as a surprise to all...so is it going to b a surprise????
