Everybody knows Ashish Kapoor is a fitness freak!
The handsome actor, who is currently seen on Sony Entertainment Television's Love Marriage Ya Arrange Marriage is very dedicated to his workouts. "I'm very health conscious and pay attention to my diet. It's very important to be fit in this industry" says the actor.
Ashish goes to the gym after pack up, which means that it could get as late as 12:00 am. "My biggest nightmare is to wake up fat. If I was fat, I'd push myself to lose all the weight".
So is the Telly world unkind to unfit actors? "Well, you have to look good. Once in a way a show like Mahi Way comes where the female protagonist was overweight but yet so loved. And there is only one Ram Kapoor, who too has a huge female fan following and is loved by all. But those are exceptions," said Ashish Kapoor.
Well Ashish sure knows the secret of staying healthy!
