Case of mistaken identity in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai

Avantika wants Pankhuri to go back but Aditya tells Avantika that she will stay in their house till he gets married. Pankhuri convinces Adi to meet his Dadi. Aditya's Dadi misinterprets Pankhuri to be Aditya's would be wife. Aditya's Dadi wants to give a necklace to Pankhuri thinking she is Aditya's would be wife.What repercussion will this misunderstanding lead to?
