Not sure about CVs or Kunal Chopra, But 10000000000% sure than Samir will never allow this to happen. Samir's constant fight to keep KC dignity alive to certain extent is the sole reason this show is still watchable otherwise in all other EK shows by now the male lead would have already slept or married the vamp, but Samir didn't allow this to happen to his character not even to bring in the sky roketting TRP👏.
