reason for Adi going to court?

In the precap, Adi calls Latika to court and says "once shaadi preperation starts , we cant do this..."

so i guess the reason for going to court is not for registered marriage or something... It could be to make soem agreement between Adi and Latika regarding DIVORCEE SETTLEMENTS😆 (we all know how crazy Adi was initially also abt divorcee settlement when he went to meet Pankhu in Kullu)

do u guys have any other thought?

SBS may have said court marriage...it may just be their speculation. It could be that they were going there to draw out a pre-nup or so and probably that would be when Latika's real face comes out...abt her greed for money.
