"What?" Khushi said laughingly.
"Finally, Finally" he couldn't contain his excitement.
"Let me in on the news already"
"I've been promoted"
"OH. MY. GOD. Really" Khushi was excited more than Arnav, she knew how long he had been waiting for this, and after that break-up with Lavanya, she was glad he had something to be happy about.
"Yea, what's new with you?" Arnav inquired, he knew she had broken up with Arjun as well, Arjun was in town and he had found out about it, because Khushi didn't tell him, and it hurt Arnav a little.
"Oh, nothing the same old, we are still designing the fall collection, finalizing things here and there,
"That's cool, I met with Arjun the other day, he was at Di's office and she invited him over for dinner."
"Really, I knew he went to London, just didn't know Di's office."
"Yea, it was a pleasant surprise."
"I bet"
Arnav could sense the awkwardness talking about Arjun with Khushi.
"I'm sorry about what happened between you guys" Arnav just felt the need he had to say that and console her.
"It's ok, nothing happened, he's still a very good friend."
"Anyways, how 's it going with your silly pranks, still getting in trouble" Arnav laughed.
"Shut up they're not even that silly" Khushi said sticking her tongue out.
"Oh really?!" Arnav voice mocking her.
"You're just jealous you don't have the sense of humor like me."
"Yup, that's exactly it, there you, you've figured it out." Arnav said laughing.
This felt more like it their old talks. They went on talking on and on for hours that felt only like minutes.

"Hey pretty girl" Arjun walked into Anjali's cabin.
The both of their companies had decided to work together for some upcoming shows, increasing both of their revenues.
"Hey" Anjali said, way too busy in her work to look up at him.
"Busy?!"
"Nope not at all, I just like to be immersed in work" Anjali's voice dripping sarcasm.
"Ok Miss. Don't Annoy Me" Arjun said in as serious of a tone as he could manage.
Anjali play smacked him.
"What do you want Arjun?"
"Nothing"
"Do you just like to annoy me?"
"I do enjoy it a little" he said with a straight face.
Anjali just shaked her head, though they had met in India, and barely talked after that, they had became good friends.
"Hey I just came here, and this is crazy, but you know this place very well, so show me around maybe." Arjun said as if he was having a normal business conversation.
Anjali just looked at his face and clapped "Bravo!!"
He took a bow "Thank You, my pleasure."
They continued on with their fooling around.

Khushi and a couple of her friends had decided to eat out today. She wasn't particularly in the mood to go, but since they had been planning this for over a week she just went.
She wore a beautiful pink dress, with an embroidered neck line that Arnav had gifted her. She remembered the last time she wore it.
"Khushi stop" Arnav warned her but she was in no mood to listen.
Khushi was having a lot of fun annoying him.
"Khushi if you don't stop", Arnav pointed at the creepy guy from the bus stop who had biggest crush on Khushi, "I'm gonna tell him you like him"
Obviously Khushi wasn't going to listen to him, so he playfully told the guy Khushi liked him, and the smile on his face was humongous.
"Arnav lying is bad" Khushi said "I don't like you but he definitely does."
Arnavs face had a priceless expression when the creepy guy winked at him. Khushi almost died laughing.
Khushi smiled to herself, remembering those moments. She really missed him.

The dinner was turning out quite fun, though Khushi wasn't necessarily paying attention.
"If it's meant to be, I think nothing in this world can stop you from being together" Khushi heard her friend say, and out of the whole conversation, this line just got to her, something about it and it kept on ringing in her head, flashing memories of Arnav and her together.

"Hi Mr.I'm Too Busy I Don't Even Have Time To Talk To Khushi"
"Hey Khushi" Arnav said casually.
"No sorry?" Khushi fumed.
"I've been busy lately" Arnav said matter of fact-ly.
"Hello? My sorry?" Khushi wouldn't budge without getting her sorry.
"SORRY. Happy?"
"Yes, very" Khushi gave a big smile.
"How's it going?"
"It's fun, more responsibility."
"Arnav you do know what promotion means right?" Khushi said jokingly.
"No, I don't, what ever would this world do with out you Khushi"
"Right, sometimes the thought scares me" Khushi said being cocky.
Arnav rolled his eyes.
"You're the greatest" Arnav said praising her, somewhere in the back of his head knowing that she was the greatest for him.
"Thank You Very Much" Khushi beamed another big smile.
"Khushi, I'll call you back in a bit kay."
"You better, or else"
"Yes, Ma'am" Arnav obeyed.

Anjali took Arjun out sightseeing and shopping. The two of them got along perfectly.
Laughing and singing, they didn't exactly know where the time flew away to.
