Today SINal went to visit the same judge who was involved in their divorce case (For work purposes) and he told Siddhi that They aren't divorced. Siddhi wondered If she had signed the divorce papers then why Kunal didn't file them in the court? Then later, she also saw his HR file and his marital status was checked as Single.

Siddhi now knows that Kunal isn't married to Richa and SiNal are legally not divorced.

okay thanks, but then after staying separate for 9 yrs is they marriage still valid?

maybe his family doesnt know they arent div, no wonder they keep on talking reg his marriage with the vamp

I think there was a lot of confusion regarding that because as far as I remember, Kunal tore thee divorce papers in Richa's face and the divorce issue ended there itself. Chalo, its good, if the Chopras try and force the idea of marrying Richa on Kunal, then it definitely won't happen till Kunal gets a divorce from Siddhi and obviously that ain't happening.

wow...!!! I m really happy that kunal and siddhi r still legally married... but wat i dont understant is if kunal did not sign the divorse papers and is still married legally then y did he write his marital status as 'single' in his file/resume...???
