it is a nice song, but i don't know if we have the audio from KSBKBT, you can just listen to the song of terenaam on online... try musicindiaonline.com

well, there's no sad version in the movie
what i do when i like diff versions/ background music of kyunki is i download the video of the episode w/ the particular movie in it
then, i convert the file to an audio (u can download free software online 2 do this)
then, i downloaded windows movie maker 4 free and edited out all of it except for the song
then, i put it on cd and ENJOY! 😆
it's easy to do but time consuming
