i think she is crying to RK words he openly talk about his personal life that she want to his biwi on front of the people but not in alone. she did not care for his kiss but he openly said that he is going to kiss her and said that she did not done that much good work kay rk will kiss her. so she feel shame for this. i think madhu should give him some answers like you have no talent and spirit to kiss madhubala on front of the people she knows that rk never kiss him so, she should take some chance for tit for tat.
