Pataudis to boycott Saif-Kareena wedding?

Buzz is that Saif Ali Khan's extended family from Bhopal and Hyderabad will do a no-show on his big day

Now that the Saifeena wedding has finally been scheduled for October, the grapevine has been buzzing with rumours around the ceremony. While Bollywood bigwigs will be present at the wedding in plenty, buzz is that the Pataudi's extended family could give the event a miss.

Our sources say that Saif Ali Khan's close relatives from Bhopal and Hyderabad may not be a part of the celebrations. A source close to the family says, "Saif's first cousins and his aunt may not attend the wedding. While some of them are travelling, some have not been invited while the others don't wish to be a part of the nuptials."

Suddenly mum?
Word is that Sharmila Tagore has been instructed by the family to strictly keep mum about the wedding details. The veteran actress insists it is after all a private affair. Speaking exclusively to HitList, she says, "I don't know how Dawat-e-Walima cards being distributed makes news! I understand people are very excited about it but we want it to be a very private affair. Also, I have been strictly instructed not to talk to the media about the wedding." Hmmm, we wonder who would have given such 'strict' orders!

Sharmila also tells us that she has been asked not to give out any detail about Bebo's wedding ensemble. All that the soon-to-be mum-in-law wishes to divulge is, "The wedding gharara's colour is very bridal. If you want further details, please call Kareena!"
