MM lying on the road injured. Jiji worried as the lamp has been blown off. Megha regains consciousness and she gets up and shouts Mohan's name. She runs to him and tries to wake him up. She tries to stop a vehicle but none of them stop. Mohan opens his eyes and Megha is relieved. Mohan gets up and MM hug. Mohan realizes Megha has been severely injured on her neck and is bleeding profusely. Megha loses consciousness. Mohan asks her to wake up.
Indu arrives at Vyas house with gifts along with Guru. Jiji asks her to sit. Indu tells them that Mohan won the case. She asks Guru to distribute sweets. Indu apologizes for her mistakes and says that she whole heartedly accepts Megha as her DIL. Nanhi asks Guru why Spiderman hasn't yet arrived. Indu calls Mohan and comes to know about the accident.
In the hospital Megha is being treated by the Doctor. Vyas' & Indu arrive at the hospital. FIL inquires about Megha Vyas and Indu corrects him saying Megha Bhatnagar. Nurse tells them that Megha is in surgery. They notice Mohan and run to him. FIL asks him how all this happened but Mohan doesn't answer.
Doctor (Sunaina G) comes out and tells them that Megha is in a critical condition. She says we tried our best and we have stopped internal bleeding. She tells them that Megha has loads of internal injuries specially in the brain. Doctor advices them to pray if there is no other way as many times prayers work. Mohan listening to all this walks away.
Mohan walking on the road (Aur Ho from Rockstar playing in BG). He comes across a small idol under a tree and has FB of all his refusals to enter a temple with Indu, Guru & Megha. He has FB of asking Megha to say "hi" to god & Megha asking him to tell what he feels to god. He remembers Doctors words on prayers.
Mohan breaks down in front of idol and wails. He asks God to save Megha. He has FB of meeting Megha in Khajrana mandir, lift scene, wedding day, running around the house.
Precap: Mohan puts his head on Megha's hand and she says that she is fine. He lifts her hand up and it falls down. He picks up the other hand and that also falls down with no response. Mohan asks the Doctor what happened to Megha. Doctor says Megha has quadriplegia i.e.neck down paralysis

For the love of God, someone tell me that quadriplegia spoiler is wrong! Otherwise, this show has been turned into the biggest joke ever.

Thanks neelu for update...Megha tih quadripelgia...I hped last few days of beautiful happy Moments of Mohan megha nanhi...but now with this it will be sad
