Mona Singh's dancing blues

Mona Singh is feeling over-the-top to be part of 'Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa' (Sony). But in her over enthusiasm, the actor met with an accident recently while trying to flaunt her dancing skills to her parents. "After my rehearsals, I tried to show off what I had learnt to my parents. And in my excitement, hit my knee against the corner of the bed. The gash was quite deep and it began bleeding profusely," she reveals.

According to insiders, the channel was unsure whether Mona would continue to be a part of the show. When asked the actor says, "Initially, I thought I would need stitches but I am glad I didn't. I couldn't move for a couple of days. My choreographer Toby got a partner to rehearse. I would just watch them and that's how I learnt my steps. However, I am fit now and looking forward to the show."

Mona who became a cult figure after 'Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin' is also looking forward to hosting a reality show towards the beginning of next year. "I am looking at scripts. But I will only sign a project if it's as good as 'Jassi…'", she says. And what about her Bollywood project with producer Bobby Pushkarna? "You have to ask the people involved with the film. I have signed the project and am waiting," she says.
