Despite Mallika dangling the house carrot under his nose, and despite having no hopes of ever getting together with Nidhi, he still turned Mallika down...the house, if not Mallika, could have been his solace...but he turned that down...and at no point did he ever make Nidhi feel guilty for her choice,...my admiration for the man rose that day,,,..and despite minor irritants, nothing can lower him in my eyes as a character...he is flawed, yes...but he tries to be true to his beliefs...and is also noble in his own way...and I love that about him!
