i don't know exactly but may be they add some kind of leaves (which r nashli kind of) in flavored milk by crushing them infact juice of that leaves. as per my knowledge 😆
😲 omg! like absinthe, it's from anise seed, some flowers and leaves or medicinal herbs and is supposedly to be highly mind altering when ingested that instead of being called medicinal it is labeled as a spirit..
