I think the morning after their consummation, yash was so confused abt their previous night n at the same time may be he heard sunitha's voice mail which say prashant left arthi for another girl...

Maybe he thought that even after going through the pain of betrayal how can arthiji allowed me to do that???? (Bcoz according to him, arpita is his wife n arthi his lover or other women )

Moreover still he believes arthi knows abt their intimacy

I agree to some extend but why will Yash feel embarrassed when he knows his entire family together with Aarti knows Arpita is his wife,his love , his life so telling the family in a respected way that they consumated and he feels Aarti either betrayed him by allowing the consumation to take place , he won't feel embarrassed .
