telly tadka moment of the day : Madhubala

The Telly Tadka moment of the day
comes from Color's hit show
Madhubala: Ek Ishq Ek Junoon.
Madhu is all set to get back at RK, to
give him a taste of his own medicine
and so far so good.
She had challenged him back, she
had given it all back to him right on
his face that since she was his Adhi-
Adhoori Biwi, the services she does,
the duties that is required of her will
also be Adhi-Adhoori…

Madhu goes upto RK's room, and is
tying his room when RK comes by
calls her "BIWI" and asks her what
she was doing. Her sarcastic/
mocking tone is back when she asks
him "Kya Patidev" and tells him that
she was setting his room, she was
tidying it because she gets disturbed
when she sees things not in place
and messed up. She also tells him
that she is setting the room so that it
befits a Human. RK's lips breaks into
a smirk, he walks upto her holds her
by the elbow and asks her who told
her that he was a Human? he tells
her not to touch his stuff without his
permission and drags her out of the
room (Not harsh, but infact the way
Madhu followed him was really
hilarious) takes Madhu to her room,
open its and tells her that this was
her room and she could do all her
setting there…."Okay Patidev" comes
the prompt reply…in a mocking and
carefree Tone….Well he was calling
me Biwi, why can't I do the same in
my own cute way???
"Much Better, I like it" comes the
devilish reply from RK and in a split
second comes "Pleasure all mine….."
from Madhu in a true Diva Style.……
Waah kya karara Jawab Diya hai…..For
a split second even RK was visibly
smitten by her courage, her attitude
and her audacity.
One day she had said it point blank
on his face that he was a Jaanwar
and today the same Madhu had
taken her words back by calling him
Insaan…Not this wasn't out of love or
any sympathy for the wrong has
happened in his life but because she
had promised to make his life hell,
Band Bajaane ki Kasam Khayi
hai…..And what better way that doing
this by addressing him as a Human.
Today he addressed him as a Human;
tomorrow she maybe successful in
changing him into one. She tried to
set his room which symbolizes that
she will try to set his life straight. He
will not allow her, but ultimately she
will succeed.
Truly a remarkable scene, and
beautifully performed by Drashti and
Vivian. The Lion roars and the
Lioness roars back!!!!
