10 roops of Parvati

I really loved Sona's Durga roop and I think it was the best ever .The incidents could have been shown more and in a grand way,like the Rudra avatar. But any way. I found in Wikipedia about this information.

Once after their marriage, Shiv and Parvati goes to Himavan to live. There Shiv gets angry at Parvati for some reason and leaves the palace. In order ro stop him, Parvati takes 10 roops at 10 places of the palace.

Any one knows about this myth? I think we may see this before birth of Karthikeay.

Parvati doesnt but Sati takes the Ten forms i.e Das Maha Vidyas.

When Dakshayani Sati asked for shiv's permission to go the Daksh Yagna then Shiv tried go away from her without saying anything. so, Sati took these ten forms or rather say ten ways to stop him. Out of these ten, most of them are terrifying, which even scared the devo ke dev mahadev.

These ten vidyas also have a parallel connection with Vishnu's das Avatar. for example, Krishna is considered as the avatar of Kali and Radha, Rukhmini etc were the forms of Mahadev.

In short, these means that Vishnu-Lakshmi, Shiv-Parvati and Brahma-Saraswati all the tridev and tridevis are closely connected

I am sorry. I thought it was Parvati. So why we didnt see Sati as 10 roops? I think this we must have seen.The Cvs left such a nice part.
