After being ousted from Twinkle Beauty Parlour, actress Manini De is currently on a break. So what is she doing with her new found free time? "I'm making the most of it," she says. "Apart from spending time with my daughter I'm also busy renovating my home."

She must be for it was only last week that we spotted her at a suburban mall buying curtains. While we thought we had caught her in a nice domestic mood what we saw instead was a furious Manini who was fighting with the staff at the mall. Apparently some curtains she had purchased had turned out defective and Manini was not at all amused. We walked off when she was still giving the people concerned a piece of her mind. But no prizes for guessing who won the argument!
