Real life soul mates Rajiv and Delnaz Paul, who appeared together in "Nach Baliye", will feature as husband-wife for the first time in Ekta Kapoor's new daily soap "Karam Apna Apna" for STAR Plus. The show is to go on air from Aug 28, replacing "Kavyanjali".
"Delnaz and I last worked together in the serial 'Parivartan' where we shot together for two days only. After 'Nach Baliye', people wanted to see us together and this offer was too good to resist," said Rajiv.
The couple features as Ranbir and Promila in the serial, which revolves around two families, one Bengali and the other Punjabi, and is being shot in Kolkata.
"Delnaz and I last worked together in the serial 'Parivartan' where we shot together for two days only. After 'Nach Baliye', people wanted to see us together and this offer was too good to resist," said Rajiv.
