Resignation Letter & 1 month notice

Very clever Vineet.. Mona Bhangna Chathi hai , & wants to give her resignation & Tada you tell her the rules of the workplace & that 1 month notice is needed to be given before you think of leaving...

Hope in this one month Mona jee has good time to think about her future & see where it can head towards with a good human being & understanding partner like Vineet..

And Vineet I would advise you may be you really won't need to just leave Mona to breath her space and let her decide herself what she would like to do with her life.. She is young she is energetic and learn to stand alone and now she can think of herself leading a life alone as a single mom or see something bring in future also more bright with you leading the path..
