You must be someone special... because not everyone take notice of small things like caged birds and pigoen eggs. So many people go about their hectic life without revelving or acknowledging the existence of smaller yet no less important things oflife.

How many of us smile when they see the blue sky, or a single flower fluttering in the wind, or a small child helping an even smaller child, or when u feel the wind in yr face or when u have all the people u love around u... how many of us thank God for all his small mercies.

We should, we all should.

This was very cute. I live in a mansion and we have some spaces on the top which the architect left for design esthetics. Last year a pigeon family made their nest there and it has been 1 whole year since they kept on living there. It is very soothing to hear their guturgus in the morning and I think they had some 6 batches of eggs laid and baby pigeons hatching. It is always fun to watch them fly around the terrace of our house. So it was very touching to read this one shot. Loved it.

very touching! the breaking of eggs to anjalis child, loss of life in any form is painful! you've very beautifully expressed khushis ability to see beauty in any form and find selfless happiness in it :)))
