The glass pieces have evaporated into the air / shyam cleaned aaraam se di's room after she left / hp cleaned di's room and didnt tell anyone about the glass pieces. God knows what happenned to the glass pieces .

///ly di's feet have a self healing property / nurse found the bleeding feet but forgot or thought it is unimportant to inform doctors / doctors treated the feet but forgot to tell family
