Earlier, Tellychakkar.com had reported about Jay Bhanushali aka Anuj of Colors'Kairi being replaced from the show due to tantrums issues.The latest is that the production house (Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd) wants to replace the actor at its earliest. In fact, they have even zeroed in onNaman Shaw…but are still awaiting the channel's approval.
As per a reliable source, the production people were left with no choice but to replace Jay as he has been acting truant and missing shoots. On the other hand, we hear that Jay has bagged a movie. Accordingly, he wanted a 45-day leave from the sets of Kairi, a decision that backfired leading to his replacement.
Furthermore, the creatives zeroed in on three actors to fit in Jay's shoes, namely Naman Shaw, Dheeraj Dhoopar and an aspiring film actor. But, since Dheeraj took up Sony Entertainment Television's Kuch Toh Log Kahenge (Director's Kut), it is evident that he in most probability will not replace Jay. And as far as the new face is concerned, the makers are not very keen on roping him. Hence, it has to be none other than Naman. Co-incidentally, Naman and Jay are very good friends off-screen.
The production has taken a mock shot of Naman with the female lead of KairiPreeti Chaudhary aka Ambi to sense their on-screen chemistry. And if sources are to be believed, the couple looks ravishing together.
