PLOT:
Rajkumari Manyata/ Mansi after being kidnapped by Murari at the age of 3 spent few years of her life with her father. Later she was sent to live with bua ji (murari's sister) due to Murari's fear of getting caught and losing his daughter and also he wanted his daughter to do her schooling which would be impossible if she is with him. Murari loves his daughter a lot, visits her often and spends the little he earns in getting her expensive gifts. Murari's sister (bua ji) is married to a middle class hardworking man. They have a son, Akash. Both bua ji n her husband know that Mansi is a rajkumari so they adore her. Initially Murari wasn't willing to give his daughter to his sister but later he realised it would be good for his daughter. Bua ji took care of Mansi as her own daughter.
Mansi is a very naughty, bubbly girl who often gets caught with her gang of kids doing mischievous stuff and annoying her neighbours. Not a day in her life goes without creating trouble and being scolded by bua ji. But Mansi being bua ji's favourite manages to win her heart very easily.
After schooling she wishes to do her graduation in physics and being a bright student gets scholarship in Mumbai's Jaigarh College of Science. Mansi leaves her town to fulfill her cherished dreams but fate has something else in store for her.
The story starts with Udayveer, Prince of Jaigar meeting her in his college. They have a fight uday ends up seeing the scar on her back. He is not sure if this can be his lost princess but he doesn't want to take a risk. He wants things to be clarified so immediately takes her to Daadi Sahab. DS finds about Murari from Mansi who is unaware of what they have planned for him. Mansi unknowing leads Murari into the trap who is then arrested for kidnapping her. Mansi is shocked and before she realises what is happening around her it is proved that she is Rajkumari Manyata. Mansi is shocked to see the DNA results and is left speechless.
Mansi tries fighting them but DS knows how to get her do what she wants. DS makes murari lal speak the truth to Mansi. She is shattered hearing it at first but slowly accepts it and tries hard moving on. She starts living the life of a rajkumari. This even makes her forget about why she came to Mumbai. She goes into a depression because of the stressful lessons and loneliness. How will Udayveer react to this. Will he be bothered in bringing her back to normal.
