Sheru Classic Production has once again proven that it is well on its way to 'Transform-Nation'. After successfully completing the body transformation of Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan a few months back, Sheru Classic Production has now achieved wonders with its successful Designer Bodies Programme for youth icon Jackky Bhagnani.
Jackky's amazing eight pack physique, which has been achieved in merely six weeks, is courtesy Sheru Classic Production's trainer Joe Tong who has been working dedicatedly with Jackky over the last couple of months. "Jackky had to get into shape for an upcoming movie and in the initial few meetings that I had with him, we established the exact workout and diet routine to suit his requirements. Since he had to have a particular look in a very limited time frame, it was imperative for us to assign a trainer who would be able to meet the target bang on. Thus, we appointed Joe Tong for this particular Designer Bodies Programme as Joe has an extensive experience of working under pressure situations and has achieved excellent results in the past for several international clients." Sheru Classic Production's Co-Founder and CEO Mr. Sheru Aangrish said.
The journey towards achieving the quintessential body was not an easy one for Jackky Bhagnani. His workout regime included an hour long session twice a day along with small meals every few hours. Jackky also had to stay completely away from salt and sweets. But the toughest call for the young actor was to stop partying with friends and lead a disciplined life with a compulsory seven hour sleep. However, Jackky was determined to get the desired look for the movie and left no stone unturned in his quest for the perfect body.
"I told him in our very first meeting that a perfect body cannot be attained without disciplining one's mind. It is only through sheer hard work, will power and absolute dedication that you can achieve the desired results. Thankfully, Jackky was willing to trust us on each and every point and followed our instructions thoroughly. His hard work has paid off and the results are there for everyone to see."
