AS fas as I know Haldi ceremony happens after Mehndi, its usually on the day of the Wdding or a day before as traditionally the Dulhan cannot go out after this ceremony, and especially cannot SEE the Dulha till the wedding ( more precisely the Jaya maala ceremony ) .
