Yes its very bad if anjali will have miscarriage but its all her fault arnav do her best but always believe her husband but if miscarriage happen its good at least shaym will not blame to come back in anjali life i know its not a baby fault i don't want to say that all but miscarriage option is good

but it is very sad. imagine how a women feels when she loses her baby :(
