As he came back to the house he found that nobody is in the house. Then getting some hint he moved towards her room

"Of course sub ussi ke room mein honge" As he entered in her room, he found it to be totally messed up. He took steps towards the drawer on the floor. He bent down to see what was these. Most of the things are burnt but as he looked clearly he get to know that these are some gifts

"Gifts, yeh Khushi ne kyun ..." He took a half burnt gift. It was a novel of his favorite author, he flipped the first page. He get shocked to see her writing and the content of it

"For Arnav Bhiya,

I know this is your favorite book and I want to give it to you on your 22^nd birthday, with all the best wishes

Khushi"

He looked at all the gifts and almost everything is his favorite. He wondered how much she knew about his likes and dislikes because he never care about her likings and the gifts are just out of question

In the other drawer he could see the almost burnt Rakhis, He fisted and closed his eyes

"Hari Parkash" He called HP sitting in the same position

"HARI PARKASH" This time he was louder

"Jee Arnav Sir"

"Sub log kahan hain?" He asked him

"Sub Khushi bitiya ko hospital le keg aye hain" He opened his eyes in shock

"Hospital Kyun?"

Anjali was pacing outide the Operation Theatre. Aakash and NK was standing with a wall while Manorma was sitting on the bench. Anjali was thinking herself to be the reason for all this. If she has told her everything in her own way then this must not happened. Doctors were not very hopeful about Khushi's life. As she turned her anxiousness changed into anger.

"Di ... aap ..." He was stopped by Anjali. He looked at her in shock holding his cheek

"Di ... You ... Slapped ... Me" It was unbelievable for him

"JUST LEAVE ARNAV, JUST GO" She yelled on top of her lungs and Aakash came to her, holding her for support

"Aisa kaise ker sakte ho tum, DUNIYA KHATAM HO RAHI THI KYA JOH TUM AAJ KE BAAD USSE YEH SUCH KABHI BATA HI NA PAATE"

"HAAN HO RAHI THI KHATAM" He shouted back, "DI MERI DUNIYA 12 SAAL PEHLE AAP SUB NE KHATAM KER DI THI"

"Main ne kaha that um se ke main usse bata doon gi, phir kyun kia tum ne aise" Anjali was just crying badly

"Because I knew ke aap phir se koi stupid excuse bana laiti usse such na batane ke liye" She was surprised, her brother did not trust her

"Chotte woh mar rahi hai ... Woh mar jaaye gi"

"TOH MAR JAAYE I DON'T CARE ..." Before he could speak any further, he again get slapped by Anjali

"Aaj mujhe such mein afsos ho raha hai ke tum mere bhai ho" It was enough he could bear

"Itna hi afsos hai aap ko aur agar main itna hi bura hoon toh theek hai main ja raha hoon yahan se, kabhi na aane ke liye" He turned and left from there while Anjali still could not believe that this ruthless person is her brother and how can he be so selfish when their parents and she herself was selfless

During this whole conversation Aakash and NK were trying their guesses of what truth Anjali and Arnav are talking about?

"Div ...Div .. Divorce Papers ... Kis ... kis ,... ki ... divorce"

"Hamari"

"Stop calling me Bhai, I'm not ..."

"Tumhain mujhe jawab daina hoga kyun ke main tumhara ..."

"Aap ko iss se kya Rahul hamara class fellow ho ya koi aur aap ko iss se kya farq parhta hai?"

"Yeah you're right why would I care, it's your life you can do whatever you want"

"But don't forget you belong to Raizadas"

"Main rokoon ga tumhain aur daikhta hoon tum kaise jaati ho"

"But the truth is Khushi Singh Raizada that you are not my sister but my wife"

"We got married 12 years back"

"Arnav Bhiya" She murmured

"Doctor she is calling someone" Nurse lowered her ears to hear clearly

"Arn ... Aaav ..." A lone tear escaped from her eyes

"She is speaking Arnav" Doctor listened to it and then he came out of OT

He was driving rashly. His past 12 years were flashing in head with all the memories when he had to control himself for not blurting out the truth in front of her. He put his foot on brake and car halted with a jerk.

"I wish she ..." he want to ask for her death but something stopped him, he felt as someone just called his name. It was the moment when Khushi called him "Arnav"

I wish Khushi tum hamari life mein na aati" He leaned back his head to the seat when he heard the rining of his phone

As doctor came out of OT they rushed to him.

"Doc .. doctor Khushi ..." Anjali asked gripping Aakash's hand tightly

"Who is Arnav?" They looked at doctor surprisingly

"Kyun doctor what happened?" Aakash asked

"Patient is taking his name again and again, well we've controlled the bleeding but patient ke hosh mein aane ke liye unn ka mentally stable hona zaroori hai and for that she needs to be around the person that's in her subconscious mind" Doctor explained

"But doctor Khushi disturb ho ke bhi toh Arnav ka naam le sakti hai!" Anjali said as she knew very well what Khushi is going through

"In any case to make her stable please call that person, we are shifiting patient to ICU" Doctor left from there and Arnav's word echoed in her head

"TOH MAR JAAYE I DON'T CARE ..."

"Itna hi afsos hai aap ko aur agar main itna hi bura hoon toh theek hai main ja raha hoon yahan se, kabhi na aane ke liye"

She fisted and asked Aakash to call Arnav

He peeped at the screen, 'Aakash Calling' is blinking.

"Kahin ..." His heart stopped at his very thought what if she has died

He attend the call, "Haan Aakash" He was hoping that his thoughts prove false

"Chotte ... chotte please hospital aa jao ... please meri Khushi ko bacha lo ... Please chotte ..." As he heard a crying Anjali he forgot all his anger and get worried

"Di ... Di ... what happened? Please relax ...main aa raha hoon"

Disconnecting the call he drove back to the hospital

When he reached at hospital Anjali and Aakash explained him the situation, He could not believe it how can he save her if she is calling his name, He opened his mouth to speak something but immediately stopped seeing his sister's condition. For the first time she has asked him something, but the fact which was pinching him that it was again for that person whom he could not stand. He sighed and stepped towards ICU

As he entered in he could see the pale figure on the bed lying unconscious. Her left hand was bandaged. Her face when her told her the truth flashed in front of his eyes. The denial, the shock in her eyes, he sighed and walked to the bed. Now he could clearly see her lips moving and without even listening to it he knew she was calling his name. Hesitantly he sat on the bed and slowly held her hand into his.
